The Courtyard Cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a charmingly restored 1940's fisherman's cottage, which includes an adjacent studio. The Main Cottage contains a bed for 2, bathroom, and kitchen, and the Studio functions as a spacious living room with TV, game table, and sectional. The buildings are surrounded by a fenced courtyard and patio which makes for a relaxing and private getaway. The community beach is just a short walk downhill. The Clinton Ferry is 3 miles away and Langley is a 15-minute drive.

Outside, explore the canopy covered paths, including trails to Possession Beach Waterfront Park.

This peaceful, coastal cottage was built in 2019 and sits on 5 acres of lush green grass, gardens and overlooks Deer Lagoon and Useless Bay. The bright, modern farmhouse is magazine worthy, immaculate and features all brand new and top of the line furniture, appliances, linens, towels and is completely outfitted for the gourmet cook. For babies, the cottage provides a pak n play, booster seat and toys. For adults there is bocce ball and croquet upon request.

The Trails End House is a 2 Bed 2 Bath 1950's high bank waterfront cottage. This is a getaway for those who wish to reset and relax while enjoying all that Whidbey Island has to offer. Sip on local drip coffee while gazing at 180 degree views of Mt Baker, the Cascades Mountain Range and Holmes Harbor frequented by Grey Whales. Walk to the Farm. House on Penn Cove: Charming Low Bank Waterfront

The House on Penn Cove is located on a private road going down a cliff to no bank water front, so this a very private location. There is unobstructed Penn Cove views and the historic town of Coupeville can be seen across the cove. On clear days, you have a spectacular view of the Olympic Mountain range. The house has a Mid Century Modern design with particularly the Pink Kitchen being something that has to be seen.
