South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

The property is a delightful 2 bedroom Victorian cottage in a quiet street off Lewes Road, next to supermarkets, pubs, a bus stop or 20 min walk to the beach. It's beautifully decorated with a touch of rustic charm, perfect as a home away from home. The sunny southwest facing garden is accessed through French doors leading out from the dining area. Free street parking for one car. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO PARKING SPACE ON PROPERTY.

The park is just amazing with lots of space for children to play, heated pool (30°C), two theatres with entertainment, kids clubs, playgrounds, multi-sport court, arcades, countryside walks and the quaint village of Selsey a few mins drive away.
