We loved staying at Anastasia & Dmitriy’s place. It was very beautiful and the location was great. The backyard was our favorite — everything was picture perfect. There were lots of great touches to the home that made it easy to have kids there too — baby gates, pack n play, baby high chair, etc. We really appreciated Anastasia and Dmitriy’s flexibility and would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Granite Bay. The house was exactly as described.. perfect for us to spend time with our daughter and grandchildren. The house was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped for us to barbecue and enjoy dinner at home. The kids loved the pool as well as ping pong and piano playing! Timothee was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful when needed.

This place was very comfortable and very clean. All streaming services are provided on the tv and the dimming lights are a great bonus to change up the vibe and setting of the place. The stay has very relaxing and not a sound surround the entire stay even thought the location is in a neighborhood, and surrounded by houses. Very nice place to stay for a getaway. Very clean and the host gives clear instructions and responds quick. 10/10 stay in my books, will most likely come here again when in need of a relaxing quiet weekend👍🏾

I stayed with my family and crew while doing the Rio Del Lago 100 Mile Endurance Run. The house was right on the course so the location was perfect. It was a beautiful home, exactly as described. Donna was great to work with, very responsive when I had questions and very helpful. I recommend Evolve and the Casa d'Amore highly.

We had a wonderful stay at The Alley House! Allison was a fantastic host — warm, proactive, and quick to respond. The bungalow is incredibly charming and looks exactly like the photos, if not better, thanks to the beautiful springtime garden in full bloom. Allison even welcomed us with a lovely arrangement of fresh flowers from the garden, which made our arrival feel extra special. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, peaceful, and quiet, with a well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Great little spot. Clean, quiet neighborhood, great proximity to downtown Folsom. Having the washer and dryer was super nice! Meghan was great and appropriately communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Mark’s place was exactly as listed and in a fantastic location. The house had a great layout and the neighborhood was quiet. Lots to do in the area and so close to Sutter Street and all that it has to offer. Highly recommended and would no doubt stay there again if available!

The spot is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Do bring so close to the heart of town, it is also peaceful and fairly quiet. A great location. Bonnie was friendly and helpful and we loved our stay.

It was a nice place to stay. The garages are labeled, and yes you are supposed to drive down that steep driveway. It's a nice house. 3 different stories for 3 different units. Even sandwiched in the middle, I had no noise complaints. I would probably stay here again, unless the owner is tired of all my questions and wants me to stay away 😅

David has a good spot, would highly recommend if you want a nice step out walk to Lake Folsom. Has everything you need, and is very comfortable even with the heat during the summer.

Loved staying here! So much so I have been twice now. Beautiful views of the lake and a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Loved staying here and highly recommend!

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

Great room at a great price. The host is fantastic! Shower was great. I walked to town a few times. I will stay again if in the area for sure!
