House Rules: Check-in: 2PM to 4PM visit the office, show ID, and provide your vehicle registration for ANPR access. Arriving after 4PM or on weekends: send a photo of your driving licence and vehicle registration so we can add you to the ANPR system. Check-out time is 10AM. Smoking is not allowed at the property. Pets are not allowed at the property.

In the midst of Oastbrook vineyard this spacious luxury lake style lodge has vineyard views across a natural pond and sits in a wooded glade. A decking area with a jacuzzi offers fantastic views and the interior living area has a large glass picture windows overlooking the pond, old oak trees and the vineyard itself. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher and the property is appointed with luxury finishes. Perfect for a romantic getaway or family time.

Our lodge is positioned on the edge of a large fishing lake, hidden amongst great fir trees and surrounded by uninterrupted farmland. Experience lakeside living on a farm. Equipped with all the modern day living amenities, relish an escape to an isolated chalet nestled in the great British countryside. Please note, that for health and safety reasons, we have installed a barrier on the decking which includes metal rails and metal mesh.

Holmdale cottages Anna

Louis and Anna are two beautifully appointed cottages recently restored from two 18h century stable blocks that formed part of the original property where the owner still resides. The decor is a perfect combination of modernity and comfort creating a relaxed, individual and informal atmosphere. They are nestled in a beautiful valley between the famous Cinq Port town of Rye and the village of Peasmarsh.
