Just four quiet blocks to the Washougal River and over 16 miles of gorgeous PNW trails. We both work from home so we have the best fiber internet available. We're pretty quiet except when we are in the attached stained glass studio or laughing together. We welcome everyone, LGBTQ, traveling nurses, or anyone who wants to explore the Portland area.

Please note, the kitchen is a kitchenette with small fridge, toaster oven & fantastic coffee maker. The Portland airport is 15 minutes away. Close to Camas Meadows Golf Course.

The house sits on just under two acres with beautiful forest, a huge lawn and fire pit, swing set, hot tub, 10-hole frisbee golf course, and all the privacy you could ask for only 45 minutes from Portland. The house is 2 BR, 2 BA. It is a perfect venue for a quiet weekend in a beautiful location.

Walk downtown for restaurants, coffee shops and trendy boutiques or to one of several nature trails that lead to forested areas, lakes and rivers. Visit Portland Oregon just 20 minutes away, or take a longer day trip. Mount Hood and the Columbia River gorge are about an hour away. Enjoy a fully appointed spacious and light-filled space, perfect for a couple or a family with one child. No smoking on the premises.

Hidden Gem Cabin

Nothing but peacefulness at our Hidden Gem Acres yet only 10 minutes from stores, breweries, and restaurants. Many outdoor activities in the Gorge area & X-Cross. All neighbors border us by 5 acres. Enjoy the local deer, bunnies & birds. We have an equine facility with 2 of our own horses & boarders. Our friendly Australian Cattle Dog 'Buddy' will on occasion greet you. As this is our home & private sanctuary if you are expecting visitors please ask us for approval.

Garden Apartment

Close to PDX, Portland and the Columbia River Gorge. The Garden Apartment has a private entrance from the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed along with two futons in the living area. There is a full kitchen and laundry room. Enjoy a beautiful view of the Columbia River from the covered patio with a futon for lounging, and table and chairs for your outdoor enjoyment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Forest+River Haven @ Timber Moon Cabin w/ Hot Tub

Timber Moon is a modern Washougal River Getaway. Nestled in over 10 acres of Washington State Forest with secluded access to the Washougal River out your back door. River’s Rest..only 45 minutes from PDX, and Multnomah Falls, gateway to the Columbia Gorge. Hiking just minutes away. Huge fire-pit and covered porch over-looking the river. Great if you get to work from home. You have your own Wi-Fi land-line telephone. Once your work day is over you can enjoy what the Columbia Gorge has to offer. EV charging is available.
