Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

Enjoy the natural beauty of the Battenkill River in our private, charming, guest apartment located on the outskirts of Greenwich, New York just 20 miles from Saratoga Race Course and a lovely scenic drive to Lake George and Vermont. The post and beam structure is private and quiet as it is distanced from my family home . One bedroom apartment - all the amenities attached to our home. Private entrance. Large backyard overlooking a river - campfire, grill, sit back and relax. Don't forget to enjoy our rustic boat house. In the winter we are a ten minute drive to Willard Mountain. A small local ski mountain with 12 trails and very affordable ticket prices.

Located in a quiet peaceful setting, and a short path down to a large deck with hammock overlooking lake our contemporary house, lovingly built by owner, has a well equiped kitchen, a 10 person hot tub, and bicycles. Down at the waterfront, we have a dock with canoes and kayaks.
