A beautiful place and a wonderful break away for me in a really stresssful time. I needed a space that was private but safe and friendly with a sprinkle of special and this delivered 100%. I was met with such friendliness and kindness and felt at home yet away enough in equal measures. Everything is just right and i just felt able to relax, switch off and breathe, but in safety and privacy all at the same time. Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

Beautiful cottage, Sat Nav brought us straight to the location no problems! Cottage was beautiful, Wendy treated us with a bottle of wine & strawberries, 🍷 🍓 The children loved the hot tub and pool, very clean and private! Wendy directed us to nice places to eat! The breakfast in the farm was beautiful, also the roast dinners were delicious! Would definitely visit again! Thankyou Sian & John

We had an amazing two-night stay at this property! The house was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the hot tub – it was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Our host was fantastic, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great recommendations. The location was also ideal, just a short drive from the NEC Birmingham, making it incredibly convenient for events. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Great location about 10 seconds to the high street but still very quiet and private. House was great felt at home as soon as we walked in. Nice touches like a bottle of wine, laid of bread, milk biscuits etc. Log burner was great and so was the hot tub . Will definitely be back and have shared with our friends too.

Charming thatched roof cottage in a quiet village with wonderfully landscaped grounds. Ample off street parking and tennis court. Excellent location to nearby sites, castles, archery and local restaurants. We highly recommended staying at Jane’s cottage!

What an Absolutely amazing place to stay, the cottage was spotless and had everything we needed and more.The weather allowed us too have meals in the beautiful private garden which we would highly recommend. There's lots of places to visit and some great walks to. Blenheim palace is definitely worth going too plus Stafford-upon-Avon. The host is very helpful and you don't wait long for a response.

Lovely hamlet, lovely property. Everything needed was provided. Clean and very comfortable sofas we felt right at home. Darran was helpful and instructions clear. I stayed with my husband and 5 year old. I’d say a baby gate at the top of the stairs would be great as she ended up sleeping in with me and my husband slept in the single bed in case she woke up in the night, as the doorway is right next to the top step of staircase. But that didn’t take away from our two nights in the property we would highly recommend it.

The cottage was fantastic—exactly as advertised. Clean, cosy, and well-equipped, with clear instructions and snug parking just outside. Set in a peaceful spot just outside of town, it’s ideal for a quiet break. Plenty of nearby farm attractions too, including the famous Diddly Squat Farm Shop just down the road. The Grand Tour tent, local pub, and brewery are around 25 minutes by car. North Cotswolds Dairy Co. is a must for delicious ice cream and milkshakes. The only downside was the general vibe from locals in places like Bourton-on-the-Water and Chipping Norton—often impolite or dismissive, which was disappointing after a long journey. A lot of huffing and not many “please, thank you’s or excuse me’s” are used in general social situations?! That said, everyone at the farm-related spots were lovely. Overall, the cottage was easily the highlight of our stay followed closely by the Hawkstone brewery, lovely staff here. Thank you, Will and Amy, for a wonderful place to unwind.

It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Deer View cottage is was absolutely gorgeous! It’s a traditional cottage, so the stairs are steep & takes some getting used too, however do not let this put you off. There is a secure garden for the dogs, however a public walkway right across the road through a wooded area & fields which lead to the village green & cafe! Perfect for a morning coffee. The cottage was extremely clean with everything in place ie towels, hand soap, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets & toilet rolls (including spares). Bathroom & separate shower was perfect when sharing with family or couples. Definitely recommend Deer View cottage, it catered for all our needs including our dogs & the surprise views in the back garden was totally unexpected! Hosts were perfect!

This is a true home from home. Very comfortable new and well equipped. Over the last month I’ve been waiting for my next house to be finished and have stayed at a fair few places in-between homes and this is the best by far. The location is very quiet . It is private, the views are green , it is done to a high standard. The host is very helpful . You have everything you need here imo . Perfect for exploring Cotswolds, short drive to daylesford and lots of places . Great garden with table to eat out at . 5 stars all the way. Thankyou .

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Unterkunft sehr genossen. Joanna hat uns wahnsinnig viele und total leckere Sachen hinterlassen. Der beste Zitronenkuchen, den wir in England gegessen haben! Die Lage ist großartig für schöne Spaziergänge, aber auch andere bekanntere Orte sind nicht weit entfernt.

Clare's Airbnb in Blockley is a great place stay at and use as a base to explore the Cotswolds! This home is private and detached from the main house. While it wasn't nice enough to use the porch or patio, they were both cute and secluded. The house was clean and appliances were all working as expected! We cooked everyday in the kitchen and utilized the washer/dryer. All in all great value in an adorable town! Thankyou!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The cottage has a homely feel and is decorated to a really high standard. The space is very well utilised and has everything you need. Communication with our host was excellent. Lovely touches like leaving bits in the kitchen for us really added to the stay. Great location - 5 minutes from the Castle. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful stay, loved watching the lambs in adjoining field and received a warm welcome with wine and cake upon arrival! Had a fantastic meal at local pub, very good recommendation by Judy.

We can’t recommend the Cottage enough, it was everything we needed and more! A tranquil, peaceful setting with a beautifully equipped cottage. We arrived exhausted and it was just perfect. Dinah was so helpful and friendly and had left us with all the basics we needed and even fresh flowers! Thank you so much!

We absolutely love our stay at this lovely little house. Everything was there what we needed. The local pub is also a delight and one of the oldest in the country 1400!! We went there several times enjoying the Morris Men and talking to Nigel the landlord. We would definitely like to return again in the future.

We needed a place to stay with our cat while our house was being rewired and redecorated. We are so glad we chose Portia cottage. The cottage is immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well-equipped. The surrounding countryside is stunning. There are horses to the front of the cottage and sheep to the back, and a pheasant regularly visits the back garden. We really enjoyed our stay. The host Katherine is super-responsive and helpful.

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the neighborhood. My only comment is that we found the dining stools and table to be a bit tricky to sit around comfortably because our legs didn't fit under the table when seated on the stools. if the stools were slightly shorter it would be easier. otherwise all was in great order and we would gladly stay there again.
