High-end boutiques are a little further. The White House and the monument grounds are also close by. The walk score is very good in this area. (95) the metro is 2 blocks away , Taxis and Uber rides are right there . The front room might be a bit noises because the house is on a busy street. But windows are insulated so it’s not too bad.
