Clean, tidy and really well equipped. The rooms are setup well and the beds are very comfortable. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Claire went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even left us Easter treats to arrive to after our journey in! Thanks again! Made for a very memorable stay.

Our group of grandparents (visiting from Canada), parents and 2 children aged 6 and 2 enjoyed our Easter weekend stay. The kitchen was well equipped for all our food prep; bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and clean; there were DVDs of cartoons that the adults all remember, as well as some movies. The adults enjoyed playing table tennis, and the sleepout was a good place to store bicycles. Proximity to the excellent playground, the beach and the estuary were big pluses. The enclosed yard was also helpful for keeping the children safe. And wine and chocolates were a pleasant welcoming gift. Thanks so much for sharing your attractive and comfortable bach.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was cosy, charming, and absolutely perfect, especially for such a special occasion. I got ready here with my bridesmaids on the morning of my wedding, and it couldn’t have been a better space for it. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating to all our requests, which made everything so easy and stress-free. My husband and I especially loved the spa pool , it was such a relaxing and memorable experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Liem and Selena are great hosts - very responsive, friendly, and always available if you need anything. The place is spacious, cozy and comfortable, with everything necessary, you instantly feel like home. There’s also an amazing, quiet garden, perfect for enjoying breakfast! And if it’s rainy there’s a nice sunroom to enjoy the garden view! I genuinely enjoyed staying there and would definitely recommend it:)

Blackbird is a thoroughly comfy cosy nest for settling in and making the most of what Martinborough has to offer. Just a block back from the central square, handy to everything yet quiet. Plenty of comfortable space to relax both inside and out in the lovely private garden with various seating options. As chefs we appreciated a sizeable, very well appointed and supplied kitchen and dining area. With the bedroom, bathroom and common area set up it creates a flexible set up for two couples travelling together, a group of singles or a family. Very much a comfy home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. It was such an amazing luxurious stay. Received a warm welcome with local greytown gifts. The home had everything you could possibly need to host a nice weekend away with friends/family. Could easily stay there all day as its such a comfortable place to be. Very beautiful architecture and design was amazing to appreciate. The amenities were unreal including the well stocked kitchen, comfy outdoor space, and hot tub. Everything was also very clean with comfortable beds. This was easily the best airbnb I've ever stayed at and well worth the money. Would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. So easy to check in and we could make ourselves comfortable right away. The place was beautifully set up and was so nice and cosy. It was private and homey. We especially loved the decor and the wide selection books available for reading. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for a quiet and private stay if you are in the Wairarapa!

Great stay, beautiful place and very helpful host. Was excellent we could take our pup and Tank ( host’s dog) was very welcoming and friendly.

We loved our stay over Easter weekend. The house was perfect for a group with everything you need and spacious. The location is amazing with beautiful ocean views overlooking Kapiti island. We were so lucky with the weather and could sit out on the deck and watch the sunset, and in the mornings eat breakfast with a view.

La Rocque Cottage in Martinborough is a lovely villa hosted by Megan, who was very friendly and responsive. The house itself was a good size for three adults and a puppy, plus it was clean, comfortable, and easy to heat on a chilly day. The propery is also fully fenced, which was great for our puppy. We had a lovely weekend away and recommend La Rocque Cottage for your next weekend away in Martinborough!

Amazing Amazing and Amazing! To wake up to this view was out of this world! Then having the awesome access to the beach. Everything you require is at the house….may be a little more expensive than some of the other Kapiti properties. But it is worth every penny! Thanks Julie and Kelly (the very helpful site Manager)

This place was fantastic – clean, well presented, and fully equipped with everything you need for a great social gathering. It had a welcoming vibe and made our stay super easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

Nessa and Stefan were the besthosts! They made us feel welcome, comfortable as soon as we arrived. We actually took up an offer to stay in their beautiful home in Belmont as the Boulcott home was given to a couple who booked and needed to extend their stay. I highly recommend a stay with them or in their Boulcott property as they go out of their way to provide the perfect stay in immaculate and comfortable surroundings. Stefan’s coffee and home made honey and breakfast cereals were exceptional! A 10/10 stay with 10/10 hosts! Thank you for your hospitality and friendly conversations. All the best.

We had a fantastic stay! The hot tub was ready and warm on arrival, which is a rare treat as it’s often an extra cost and slow to heat up elsewhere. The house was clean, tidy, and spacious, with hotel-quality linen and towels that made it feel more like a boutique stay than someone else’s home. The location is perfect. An easy walk to the town square with a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, and a playground for the kids. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing family getaway. Check-in was seamless and communication with Tania was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again!

Nice to have continental breakfast available so we didn't need to buy milk etc. Lovely to have fresh coffee with coffee beans provided. Large outside areas where we could sit in different locations. Umbrellas provided for unexpected rain. Lovely pussy cat in residence. Lots of DVds and games to choose from. Thank you
