We were visiting Ljubljana to do the half marathon and marathon. We couldn’t have picked a better apartment to stay in. The interior is very stylish but also practical (all mod cons) and very comfortable. The bedroom is to the rear of the apartment and has its own small balcony (with chairs) that overlooks the river. The location was also perfect for us, very close to the old town but also very peaceful. The street that the apartment is on had a great selection of small eateries and bakeries if you wanted to stay local. There is also a Hoffer (Aldi) Supermarket across the bridge if you intend to eat in. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Ljubljana which is a great city – well worth visting.

We were very happy with the choice. A great appartment close to a small shop with access to numerous walking/running trails. Zell am See only a short drive away, has numerous quality restaurants. Access to lake for swimming and boat hire within a short walk.

Excellent stay. The place is stunning! It overcame our expectations. I recommend it 100%. Darja is an amazing host, very kind and responsive. The house has everything and the surroundings is very beautiful and relaxing.

Our multi generational family of 4 adults and 3 children had a wonderful stay at Angelica’s lovely home. The setting was gorgeous and peaceful with a beautiful, fenced backyard that the children loved to play in (there is a delightful playhouse), and where we enjoyed picnicking at the big table. The home is solidly-built, and clean and comfortable. It is well equipped for cooking and playing games or just relaxing. The location is convenient for nature walks and easy driving distance to Salzburg and Hallstatt. Finally, Angelica was super responsive to any and all questions. We would gladly stay here again!

Wir haben uns wirklich gleich sehr empfangen und wohl gefühlt in Zorans Unterkunft. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig - der perfekte Ort um zu entspannen und/oder Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Zudem gibt es einen Fluss direkt an der Unterkunft der im Sommer zum Baden einlädt. Die urige Wohnung ist mit einem Ofen, der finnischen Sauna und dem Whirlpool (den Zoran extra nochmal zur Verfügung gestellt hat - Danke!) ausgestattet. Auch wenn Zoran direkt unter der Wohnung wohnt, hat man genügend Privatsphäre. Er ist jedoch auch sehr hilfsbereit und steht gerne für Tipps oder wenn man etwas benötigt zur Verfügung. Istrija ist ca 15min mit dem Auto entfernt, dort gibt es Supermärkte und viele gute Restaurants. Auch eine alte Miene kann man besuchen. Wirklich ein toller Gastgeber in einer tollen Gegend, ich kann mir vorstellen nochmal zu hierhin zu kommen 🙂

5 Stars – Perfect Family Getaway in Ukanc, Slovenia Our stay in Bohinj (our second time) was absolutely perfect! The cabin itself was beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Surrounded by stunning nature, it provided the perfect mix of seclusion and easy access to outdoor activities. Jak was incredibly responsive and ensured that every detail was taken care of, making our experience seamless from start to finish. We had an amazing time with family, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking surroundings. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious retreat in Slovenia!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche an der Seeprominade bei Lisa-Alessa am Magdalenensee und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt, unsere beiden Bullys (französischen Bulldoggen) konnten hier in Ruhe schwimmen und haben sich hier wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wir können dieses schöne Ferienhaus jeden Urlauber wärmstens empfehlen, es ist hier ein wahres Ferienparadies direkt an einem wunderschönen See.

One of the best AirB&B apartments we’ve ever stayed in, fabulous location , really well equipped Matjaz had thought of everything! Communication was perfect from the start, he provided us with lots of ideas for things to do locally . Can’t recommend enough we would definitely come back !

Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche zu Gast. Das Apartment ist ein echter Traum und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Eine äußerst hochwertige und neuwertige Ausstattung, eine traumhafte Dachterrasse, geräumige und hell-freundliche Gestaltung haben uns wie zu Hause fühlen lassen. Die Lage ist top, mitten in der Innenstadt direkt an der Drau und an der Altstadt gelegen. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küchenausstattung ist hochmodern, vollumfänglich und für jede erdenkliche Möglichkeit vorbereitet. Wer einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Villach sucht, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Wir können diese Unterkunft vorbehaltlos empfehlen.

A good place, AC in the bedroom, bed was comfortable, space was comfortable. Would recommend if you're willing to be a drive/bike ride/long walk out of central downtown Ljubljana in exchange for a much less expensive stay. Hosts were very helpful in providing useful info about parking around the place and where things were in the unit.

We are a group of 6, staying at Tania&Bor's Codelli Deluxe Apartment for 2 nights in early May 2025. The apartment is very clean, the kitchen has everything we need. But what we love best is the location of the apartment; many attractions and fun places are within walkable distances. If I have chance to go back to Ljubljana, we definitely will consider staying here again.

Tara was very friendly and helped us pick restaurants and activities to do. Her apartment was spotless and very quiet even though it was very close to the center of the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir können das Apartment von Ennio (wir waren im 1. Stock) sehr weiterempfehlen. Es ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, sowie gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (z. Bsp. Küche und Bad). Es liegt ruhig und vom kleinen Balkon aus hat man sogar einen Blick aufs Meer. Wir konnten auch immer direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße parken. Nach Triest fährt man nicht lange aber man kann auch vom Haus weg Wanderungen am Meer entlang machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très chouette séjour d'une semaine dans le logement de Mateja. Très central dans un quartier calme et sympa. Le studio est très fonctionnel avec tout ce qu’il faut.

Die Wohnung war für zwei Leute super. Mehr Personen kann man zwar unterbringen, aber dann wird es räumlich etwas knapp. So hatten wir ausreichend Platz auf der Terrasse mit einem großartigen Blick auf die Karawanken und die zahlreichen Paraglider. Die Lage am Hang geht natürlich mit einer entsprechenden Anfahrt aus dem Tal einher. Ca. 15-20 Minuten braucht es schon, bis man es von/zur Wohnung geschafft hat. Das muss man bei Ausflügen halt mit einplanen, aber das ist es auf jeden Fall Wert. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise im August war es sehr ruhig. Es gab kaum Nachbarn und man konnte Faulenzertage auf der Terrasse verbringen, ohne gestört zu werden. Es war an der Wohnung immer ca. 6 Grad kühler als im Tal. Bei schwülen 32° am Ossiacher See ist das wirklich eine feine Sache.
