This bright and spacious basement suite is in central in Vernon close to all amenities and only 20 minutes to Silverstar! There are Quartz countertops throughout, and the cupboards are loaded with supplies. The living room has a sectional, tv, books, puzzles, and games. In the Master there is a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. There's also a second bedroom & another bathroom as well. Additionally, there's in-suite laundry, driveway parking, and a shed for storage. .

A completely private basement suite with tropical vibes, showing off views of beautiful Okanagan Lake. The perfect ‘off the beaten path’ getaway that boasts a private hot tub, out door pizza oven on a large patio! Come prepared and enjoy the space to yourselves. 35mins from Vernon town and or 45mins to West Kelowna - look no further if you want a private relaxing getaway! PLEASE NOTE When booking in the winter months, make sure to have appropriate winter tires for the snowy road conditions.

Serene and peaceful setting. Just 15 minutes to Silver Star Mountain, 15 minutes to the beaches and 5 minutes to town. The suite contains a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and little patio with beautiful trees as your view. BX Falls and other trails within walking distance. Cambium Cider Co with wood-fired pizzas is only a 3 minute drive and open seasonally from March-October. My family and I live upstairs, so you may hear tiny feet at some point during your stay.

Our kitchen offers several extra small appliances: Crock Pot, load it up before you head out and enjoy a piping hot meal or fire up the BBQ on your return from a full day of activities. Relax & unwind with a hot tub or game of billiards in the private lounge areas indoor or outdoor. SilverStar & Sovereign Lake are nearby for skiing, snowboarding & snowshoeing. We offer laundry access as well on request.
