Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. We are located in Längenfeld directly opposite the Ötztal bakery and close to Tyrol's AQUA DOME spa. On the lower floors there's an Intersport Glanzer that stocks everything sporty types desire. The sunnige (Ötztal dialect for sunny) suite is 84 m² and has a roof terrace with a free-standing outdoor bathtub and a south-facing balcony.

The vacation apartment with mountain view is located on the 1st floor of the Rosenhof. The apartment has no balcony.
