This delightful studio private bedroom is close to Ahuriri, town, the Botanical Gardens, many gorgeous restaurants, walkways and other amenities. The room is private with a separate entrance and own bathoom. That means you can treat it as a hotel, or if you need any help in organising tours or restaurant bookings we are happy to help you. We have two little cats who will stay out of you way but we would love to have you come and stay and share our home with you. Welcome to our home!

There are 11 kms of bush walking tracks to enjoy and a tennis court. The Bay View village is a 5 minute drive away which offers a Four Square, Fish& Chip shop, Pub, & Pharmacy. Biking tracks are close by. The airport is 7mins away. Close by are two great vineyards which do tastings and food.

There are two major supermarkets and shopping centres that are a short drive away.

Our apartment includes a three room guest house made up of a bedroom, bathroom and a living area, with an optional sofa bed.
