Tulum: aluguel por temporada de apartamento na praia

El apartamento estaba tal cual lo esperábamos: limpio y acogedor. El apartamento está lejos de los turistas y en una zona muy tranquila. Isaac y Vivían son unos excelentes anfitriones, siempre pendientes de nosotros y listos para ayudar con recomendaciones, direcciones y reservaciones. ¡Regresaremos!

La verdad todo súper si recomiendo que renten un carro a pesar que es terracería no está feo asique un carro chico es más que suficiente, recomiendo que lleven sandalias especiales para meterse a la playa ya que tiene mucha piedritas que te molestará mucho, la ubicación le ayuda mucho ya que todo está a lo mucho 20 minutos de todo lo turístico, el internet no funcionó espero se arregle pero nos pasó el de la recepción y todo excelente claro estábamos casi a lado solo que cuando estás en el cuarto no llega bien la señal talvez solo estaba fallando el del cuarto que teníamos, por lo demás todo excelente la alberca siempre disponible y los minisplit todos funcionado lo recomiendo

We had a peaceful and relaxing time in this beautiful Tankah Bay condo! The setting is so pretty and this condo is the perfect place to enjoy the sea and sunshine. We really enjoyed the sunbeds and cooling off in the pool. Take a morning or afternoon walk north on the beach to the Bahia Soliman area. The brisket at Bsky Resturant is a must for dinner! I recommend renting a car to get around. Cenote Taak Bi Ha is another great place to visit while you're here! It's not very busy and it's a short drive through the jungle. I can highly recommend Luisa’s apartment. Spacious Rooms, Beachfront, Pool ! All u need to know for a nice stay !! Book it !!! ••••••••• The place is even more spacious than it looks on the pictures, living room and bedroom with access to the terrace, so open the door and u are right at the beach! Kitchen perfect for cooking, w a big fridge, water filter and a big dinning area. Huge TV w a comfy couch for a nice Netflix session. Outside area comes w beach beds, a little gym, pool w beds and umbrellas, kayaks and little play area for kids. It’s about 15 min drive to Tulum, so it’s really a peaceful getaway but not to far away from the action in tulum. If u can get a SUV because the road closer to the apartment is a bit rougher (but also doable w a normal car).

We were looking for quiet and it was. Our only neighbors were wonderful and became friends right away. Plenty of places to explore in nature. The water pressure was finicky but that comes with the non resort flair of the country. The small beach club, a walk away, had a great swimming area. The surf and winds can be strong so I recommend water shoes!!

Overall a great experience, very helpful and accommodating host and local staff. The beachfront home in a really great spot with amazing swimming/snorkeling. Complimentary kayaks a huge plus, made the experience that much more special. Very comfortable home with large bedrooms and a great kitchen.

I stayed at this Airbnb with my daughter because we were in Tulum for my niece's wedding. I can't say enough about how great this place is! When you stay as an Airbnb guest, you ARE part of the hotel guests and treated as such. The staff that works there, from the front desk guys, to the housekeeping, are absolutely fantastic!! The room is clean and spacious. They provide a 5 gallon water dispenser which they fill up when low. This is the water you drink, make coffee with, and brush your teeth with. There is a 7 Eleven next door to get some groceries and pesos at the ATM, and great restaurants within walking distance. This is the quieter end of the beach without so many clubs like farther down on the beach road. This unit is directly across from the hotel and beach, within steps. We ate at the hotel restaurant on the beach each day and it was fantastic! The bed was very comfortable, terrace outside of the sliding doors was really nice. Parking is available for your car.

La Comunicación con Óscar fue rápida y muy efectiva, nos ayudó con todas las dudas que tuvimos, lo que hizo todo más fácil. En cuanto al lugar, es una zona muy tranquila y el loft es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. Estuvimos muy agusto y tranquilas los días que nos quedamos ahí. El transporte hacia la playa facilita mucho, el único inconveniente fue que la semana que estuvimos no funcionó el restaurante, pero puedes pedir comida a domicilio. Regresaríamos sin duda

The airbnb was an amazing stay for two! Every detail in the apartment was so cute, brand new and thoughtful- Mirna even left makeup removers and eye patches! The complex is super accessible and great for families with a really cool pool and restaurant where we had breakfast both days. Mirna is the BEST host and gave INCREDIBLE recommendations in Tulum, we followed everything she shared and had a magical time - we definitely look forward to working with Mirna and coming back again!

Beautiful home! I love how close it’s to the center and to the hotel zone. I love the guide they sent out it was very helpful and loved how they had taxi drivers listed to arrange any type of transportation.

Lovely place to stay in Tulum! It’s right in the middle of the new development in Tulum so halfway between the beach and downtown with lots of shopping. The staff was very attentive at the front desk and the property felt very secure. Beautiful rooftop pool as well!

We loved every minute of our stay at Daniels place. The apartment is lovely and has all you need for an incredible stay! The area Aldea Zama is for the sure the best area to stay when visiting Tulum. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the beach and supermarket. Daniel provided us with great local recommendations and communication was perfect. Thank you for hosting us, Daniel!

Great location with unobstructed beach front views and lovely patio. The front desk was friendly and responsive. The five gallon bottled water was appreciated and replenished when requested. Thank you! A few items that need attention within the unit: dish washer was broken (a big disappointment as we did some cooking); the kitchen sink lacks an aerator on the faucet (a simple thing to remedy and would avoid much unnecessary splashing/getting clothes wet); while there is a washer/dryer in the unit it is behind a locked door so unavailable (please consider making this available to guests who are paying $550/night!); light switches, of which there are many, are unmarked and led to much unnecessary flipping on/off to find the correct one (also a simple remedy); and the freezer started leaking while we were there (fortunately we weren't using it so no food was spoiled). Otherwise we love our stay in Akumal!

We had a lovely stay! We came for a bachelorette with 14 girls and had plenty of room! We had 3 units within one complex, essentially right above the other so we had plenty of privacy, bathrooms, kitchen space, etc. The hosting team (Sofi and Cami and Jean) were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay and even helped us let the chef in when our flight was delayed. AC worked great. We felt very safe in the complex which was gated for cars and then also had a front lobby door which was locked. Highly recommend!

The penthouse and apartment was absolutely perfect for our group. The concierge arranged transportation from the airport directly across to the home and helped us secure taxis throughout our stay. We used this location to go back and forth to the hotel zone and it was only a short taxi ride over (~10-15 minutes). Even when we didn’t use the concierge there were taxis right outside of the condos. Transportation was never an issue. The penthouse has an amazing rooftop view with a pool and although small is the perfect place to relax after a long night out. The beds were all super comfortable and both units were stocked with everything you’d need. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group of friends/family.

Excelente muy ordenado, limpio, con una decoración muy agradable, moderno y cómodo. Con las amenidades disponibles del complejo, transporte a las distintas areas, buenos restaurantes en el complejo, playa a 5 min en coche y muy agradable. Muy seguro, se requiere un QR para poder entrar al complejo. Una recepción en el edificio con personal que te ayuda y resuelve tus dudas.

Beautiful condo with ample space and very comfortable beds and linens. Akumal Direct helped us arrange everything we needed including golf cart rental and day trip bookings. Would happily return. Should note the seaweed is bad, just as they warned, and there is a strong smell. There were other spots in Akumal where it was less present on shore just depends on the currents. For us it was manageable and didn’t ruin our trip but should not expect the views to be quite as pristine as the pics right now.

Absolutely a great experience! Great condo, great neighborhood in an incredible part of the world. Condo is just as described in listing, but even bigger than expected! We had two couples each take a bedroom, plus two kids sharing the two-queen bed room. It felt plenty spacious, especially with the balconies, private roof deck, and pool/beach downstairs. I'm not sure why Airbnb lists a 6-min walk to beach - maybe that's to walk a few minutes south to where it is easier to get in the water? We found rocks underwater right where the waves break on the shore everywhere, so getting in required water shoes, steady balance, and a bit of patience, so not for little kids or mobility issues, but then snorkeling in the bay was great. (Snorkelers - also go to Yal Ku a bit further up the road!) Speaking of mobility, the elevator was occasionally not working, which could be an issue if stairs are hard. The road was fine - just take the speed bumps slow - but a bike would be nice.
