Large windows look out into the peaceful forest and sliding glass doors lead to a deck ideal for grilling during the day and star gazing at night. The property allows access (for a fee) to all Tahoe Donner amenities including pools, hot tubs, saunas, gym and beach. The cozy cabin is 10 minutes from downtown Truckee and in close proximity to Donner Lake, Northstar, Palisades & Sugar Bowl.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!

There is a large room for yoga (matts provided), a Peloton bike and a massage chair. HIKING AND BIKING trails (snowshoeing and cross country skiing) and a FANTASTIC SLED HILL and are just outside my door. Yet, you are only 2 miles to the Beach; 6 miles from Northstar Ski Resort. Internet speed is 343 mbps up/down per test.
