You have an apartment style setting to yourself. Large bedroom, en suite, a sunny lounge room, spacious hallway and a small kitchenette with some cooking facilities. The lounge has soft furnishings and open fire place. We also have gas heating and a split air conditioner. There are two bedrooms , both with queen beds which consist of luxurious linen and towels, both have wardrobes and one has a desk.The bathroom has a modern walk in shower and toilet. We have a full-size kitchen with everything you will need .Laundry with washing machine & dryer, iron and another toilet . There is a fully enclosed deck with bbq, heater and seating for 8.

Our unique B&B/farm stay accommodation option is located on 435 acre farm where we breed cattle, sheep and pigs as well as grow heritage cider apples. The private, two storey self-contained accommodation is a part of a traditional timber barn and offers two bedrooms - one on the ground level and one upstairs with a lovely balcony with stunning views over the property. Located in Gippsland Victoria - 18km from Warragul towards Korumburra and 120 km from Melbourne.

There is a kitchenette which includes fridge, toaster, jug, microwave, electric frypan, bench top toaster oven and single induction hotplate. Pets by arrangement only no surprises. Unsuitable for children.
