Villa con piscina privata vicino al mare | Cefalù

Casa con grande giardino e piscina esclusivamente privati a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e dalla stazione del treno. La casa, su due piani, è dotata di ogni elettrodomestico oltre a un parcheggio privato. Nel piano inferiore si trova la cucina, un bagno e una zona living mentre nella parte superiore sono presenti quattro camere da letto e un bagno. E' posizionata a circa 150mt dalla spiaggia, alla quale si può accedere gratuitamente, e a 5.7km da Cefalù raggiungibile comodamente in treno!

Granatelli Holiday Home is an apartment with two air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle, and dishes), and a bathroom with a large shower. Each bedroom opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views ranging from the mountains to the sea. It is located in the countryside, about 3 km from Altavilla Milicia and halfway between Palermo and Cefalù. There are no through roads to disturb the tranquility of nature.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The Lemon Garden

The house is located within an estate planted with olive trees and citrus groves, ideal for those who want to be in touch with nature without giving up the conveniences of a town. On the approximately 10-hectare estate, there are two Corso dogs accustomed to roaming and interacting with guests. If you're not comfortable with dogs, this is not the accommodation for you. The pool is shared with my family and will be accessible starting in May.

Olivaus si trova nel territorio di Altavilla Milicia in contrada Sperone, all'interno di un Uliveto di 7 ettari e circondato da 2 pinete che danno alla casa un aria “Altoatesina”. La sua posizione permette di raggiungere in 10 minuti di auto la spiaggia di Torre Normanna in un tratto di costa bellissimo, il Lido Sporting e il borgo marinaro di San Nicola L'arena, dove nel suo porticciolo turistico è possibile noleggiare barche e gommoni.
