Located north of Thames along the picturesque Pacific Coast Highway, Te Puru holds one of the great holiday get-away’s, Seaview Cottage. Te Puru is a quiet, peaceful place with great views of the Sunset. Our beautiful 1 bedroom cottage has fabulous modern facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, living-room and bbq area and its only a few steps to the beach. Our AirBnB is a separate, self-contained wing of our beautiful new home in Totara, 3kms south of Thames Township and gateway to the Coromandel Peninsula. We are about an hour’s drive from Auckland International Airport and close to the many and varied attractions of the Coromandel and the Waikato Region. Easy access to the Hauraki Rail Trail. From our elevated position there are uninterrupted views over the township, Firth of Thames and the Kauaeranga Valley.

We are located 10 minutes out of Thames Township. We are the Gateway to the Coromandel .Thames township has lots of cafes and pubs with local entertainment nightly.. When staying with us you are likely to be visited by fat woodpidgeons and tuis and even the coloful laurakeets from Australia come to eat the berries on our trees. Meander thru our property to the most popular of Thames beaches at the bottom of our garden.Ngarimu Bay.
