Il nostro soggiorno nella “Casetta Perfetta “ di Marina è stato piacevolissimo, grazie a un ambiente accogliente dotato di tutti i confort, con attenzione alla pulizia e ai dettagli, superando le nostre aspettative: dispensa fornita, bevande in frigo e un bel cesto di agrumi di sicilia. La posizione strategica ci ha consentito di visitare il centro storico di Palermo a piedi, e di accedere facilmente a tutti i servizi. Marina è un host gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta a qualsiasi esigenza, dandoci anche ottimi suggerimenti su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Consigliamo vivamente!

L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

We had an amazing stay at the villa, which was beautiful with breathtaking views of both the sea and the mountains. It was the perfect balance between being close to Cefalù and enjoying the peace and quiet of the hills in Collesano. Eleonora was a wonderful host, always attentive and responsive, which made our experience even better. We had a fantastic time with friends in this idyllic setting. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

Great place, certainly designed to enjoy in hotter weather so outside areas can be enjoyed and not put away with the wind as was the case with us! Unfortunately came on a stormy weekend beyond everyones control. Recommend hiring a car if staying with Maia, only 15 min walk from train station but area isn’t particularly pedestrian friendly and trains arent too often/didnt run past 9pm. But none of this the hosts fault, an oversight by myself. Thanks for having us, seeing the ocean from the bedroom was definitely a highlight!

La maison de Claudio est très bien située, proche de la plade de Mondello, et il est facile de se garer. Le jardin est très agréable (1 ou 2 transats aurait été les bienvenus !) et super accueil de la part de Massimo.

An amazing getaway! A pristine, rustic, and cozy sicilian home nestled in a citrus and olive orchard with a 200 meter walk to the beach. Quiet, except for the birds and the occasional car. Full kitchen to cook what you learned at at a local cooking class and a great family run restaruant an few minutes walk away. Close to main roads for adventures out and a train station about a kilometer away if you prefer. The host was friendly and helpful with recomendations and understanding Sicily if it is your first time. He spoke English very well and a variety of other languages. This was a great location to live and breathe Sicillian culture and to have a quiet place to rest. Overall an amazing countryside stay that was still close to Cefalu and Palermo. Highly recommended!

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum, aber alles der Reihe nach.Wir (ein Paar mit 2 Kinder, 4 und 7 Jahre) und zwei Omas sind abends spät angereist. Emanueles Eltern haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Plus sie hatten für uns was zu essen besorgt. Tolle Gastgeber und Goldwert wenn man mit Kindern anreist. Wir hatten einen riesen Spaß in diesem Haus. Das Wetter hat mit gemacht und wir haben den Pool genossen. Morgens auf der Veranda zu frühstücken war fabelhaft. Nicht mal 5Minuten entfernt ist der Strand, der für sizilianische Verhältnisse sauber war, und wir waren außerhalb der Saison dort. In paar Gehminuten entfernt ist der Bahnhof, aber für den Einkauf braucht man definitiv ein Auto. Cefalù ist 15 Minuten und Palermo 50 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Zum Flughafen braucht man 1 Emanuele hat immer schnell geantwortet und wir haben uns immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen🤩Eine absolute Empfehlung

The Adil’s apartment is like on the photos. The two principal rooms are big. One with 3 beds and the other one with 2 beds. The third room don’t have windows and a double bed. The kitchen is small, but enough for preparing a quick lunch or a breakfast. It is really near Central Station, so it’s very easy to arrive by train from the airport. Adil answers you quickly when you have questions and always try to help you.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Sergio et Stefania. Le logement est agréable, riche d'histoire et emprunt de l'esprit de Palermo. Les attentions de Sergio à notre arrivée : apéritif, visite de l'appartement et nombreux et judicieux conseils ont été formidables. Grazie per tutti ! La localisation permet de visiter les quartiers centraux de Palermo très facilement. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et serions très heureux d'y revenir. Lieu recommandé à 110 %.

Highly recommend staying here! We stayed for a week and it was a great base to enjoy Palermo from. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is great. I was working during the stay and the WiFi was very reliable. Michele was a great host and we would stay here if we were in Palermo again.

Fernando's flat was big and clean. We spent a lovely week there. The location is right in the market area, and free parking is about a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here

Alessandro was a great host. Always very responsive and even came late one evening when we had trouble with the lock. A very spacious flat. It was the only one on the floor so had lots of balconies, windows and light. It is within walking distance of all the sights in Palermo and lots of great restaurants. The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Such a cute and quiet place to get away from the city just what we needed! Tania was so nice and we were able to hang out in the garden, pick the fig trees, have eggs from her chickens! Just incredible experience!

The apartment is located in the best Palermo’s area, everything reachable by foot and amazing bars and restaurants few minutes walking distance. The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people, everything you need is inside and it is super cozy and beautiful. On top of it, Enrico is a very helpful and kind host. I highly recommend this place.

L’alloggio di Ferdinando è un bell’appartamento in pieno centro storico a Palermo. La casa dispone di tutti i servizi necessari, la comunicazione con il co-host Giorgio è stata super, così come la gentilezza durante tutto il soggiorno. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato i consigli. Consigliata!

Rosellina und Riccardo sind wunderbare Hosts, die alles dafür getan haben, unseren Aufenthalt einmalig schön zu machen. Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht, die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet. Drei Terrassen sorgen dafür, dass es von morgens bis abends Sonnenschein gibt und der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist herrlich. Obwohl nach hinten an einer Strasse gelegen, ist es im weiter unten gelegenen Haus absolut ruhig. Das Haus ist, als Ferienhaus der Familie, persönlich eingerichtet, was aber nicht stört, da mit Geschmack gemacht. Rosellina und Riccardo haben alles getan, um uns den Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Sie waren stets da, wenn wir sie kontaktiert haben, haben uns den Nachbarn vorgestellt und uns viel interessantes über die Gegend erzählen können. Ein einmaliger Ort!! Ein ganz kleiner Nachteil ist höchstens die Strasse zu den nächsten Dörfern, die nicht zum spazieren gehen einlädt. Ein Auto wäre daher von Vorteil, ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden.

Anna’s place is perfect for a large group (there were 5 of us) - much better than the photographs suggest. There are lots of nooks and separate spaces to sit in and watch the sea. Anna was a superb host and very gracious when we were unintentionally very late to check in. As the other reviews suggest you need your own car to get in and out of town. The walk to the old town of Cefalu is 30 minutes down the road you drive in on which has no footpath and is quite unpleasant. The bonus about having your own car is you can also explore the surrounding mountains (which are stunningly beautiful). The kitchen is well appointed but bring your own coffee, tea, milk and other basic supplies which you can find in the fabulous “deco gourmet” in Cefalu (which also has free parking if you buy more than €20 from their store). If you’re looking for a peaceful, comfortable space with lots of outdoor areas for a big group, beautiful views and less than 10 minutes drive out of Cefalu, it’s perfect.

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

We are a family with three boys, aged 16, 14 and 10. We stayed at this beautiful house near Partinico end of April. The house is fantastic, each of the boys had a great bedroom on the top floor and we had our bedroom on the ground floor next to the living room. The house has two bathrooms which was ideal. Outside was very nice too, plenty of cosy seating, either in the sun or the shade and off course a very nice pool to cool down from the Sicilian sun. We used it all the time! Maria Rosa welcomed us on the agreed arrival time and she is very pleasant and helpful. Thanks Maria, for all the tips!! The house is ideally placed for many excellent daytrips. (We went to see Terrasini, the Segesta Temple, Scopello, Monreale & Palermo). Also near (3 mins by car) is a very cool cart racing track -ideal for the boys. Pretty beaches are ~15 minutes by car. We rented an electric car; there is a power charger in Partinico 5 mins drive, worked out great! Thanks Maria, highly Recommend!

La villa è proprio bella, molto accogliente, curata e pulita. Ha ottimi spazi interni arredati con gusto e un bel giardino curato. Dai poggioli del primo piano, dove si trovano le stanze da letto, si può godere di una bella vista mare. La zona è tranquilla e con un piccolo ma bellissimo accesso al mare. Guido è gentilissimo, preciso ed estremamente disponibile.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit mooie huis! Het heeft een geweldige tuin, veel ruimte, alle benodigde voorzieningen en meer dan voldoende ruimte voor 8 personen. Riccardo is vriendelijk, geeft duidelijke instructies en is altijd beschikbaar. We hadden een klein probleempje met de elektra en dat was met dank aan onze host in 2 minuten verholpen. Geweldig! In de directe omgeving is weinig te doen maar als je een auto hebt kun je de mooiste uitjes maken binnen 30 minuten rijden. Heel erg aan te bevelen!

Amazing! Magical! You should stay here :) Honestly, this is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in the world including fancy hotels. The house is located on a nature reserve, which meant it was quiet and beautiful with truly spectacular views. The sound of the ocean, the fragrant smells of the garden, the relaxing patio overlooking the cliffs and the water - it just seemed unreal. Our friends said it was like being in a movie. The house was very comfortable and relaxed but also well done - modern kitchen, bathrooms and doors. Easily space for 8 people. Caterina was a fantastic host - very easy to communicate with and had a whole array of goodies for us when we entered including fresh fruit, cookies, bread, jam, tea, coffee, milk etc. The town nearby was walkable and we ate at a great pizzeria close by. The nature preserve, tide pools, everything - just phenomenal. I can’t recommend highly enough - and I can’t wait to go back!

Das Haus ist ein richtiges Schmuckstück und hat einen tolles Stil. Man merkt, dass viel Arbeit in die Instandhaltung und den Garten fließt. Wenn man etwas braucht, ist Ignazio schnell erreichbar und macht alles möglich - in unserem Fall hat er extra einen Kinderstuhl für den Esstisch gekauft, ein Babybett für unsere Tochter war schon da. Die Lage ist unschlagbar - der Blick über Palermo und aufs Meer sind grandios! Nach einem Tag in der trubeligen Stadt (und dem chaotischen Verkehr) kommt man in eine richtige Oase zurück. Der Terrassengarten ist unglaublich ausgeklügelt angelegt. Wir haben am Ostersonntag sehr schön draußen gesessen, gegessen und den Ausblick genossen. Uns ist leider ein Stuhl kaputt gegangen, Ignazio war sehr kulant und verständnisvoll. Danke für die tolle Woche!
