We snuck away for the weekend to relax and unwind. It rained while we were there but that was great for what we needed. Cool mornings and evenings in the hot tub taking in the scenery. It was exactly what we needed. Mitch was responsive to questions and we truly needed nothing once we got in.

Steven was INCREDIBLY accommodating! We were working with very particular days that we needed, and they coincided with a previously scheduled house repair that he had scheduled. He went above and beyond to make it work for us, even discounting an early arrival for us. His communication was excellent and the effort he put in to make it work for us really stood out. The house is peaceful and perfect for any group. Great bed arrangements. The kids loved having their own space downstairs to hang out and play. Plenty of outdoor seating that surround the entire house. Loved the fire pit being near the hot tub, as we were all able to enjoy visiting together no matter which option we chose. Provided firewood was definitely a bonus! Can’t wait to come back again during the summer!

Dana was amazing and the cabin was perfect I would recommend any of Dana's property's to everyone I know. So relaxing!!!

Dogwood Bottoms is a gem of place to stay. If you are looking for a private place that is absolutely beautiful with the sounds of running waterfalls, this is your place! Tim is very helpful and responds very quickly! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Excellent spot to post up for a cozy winter get away! Great bird watching and awesome spot for a nature walk. The hot tub was wonderful. Will be going back next winter!

This cabin has everything you could ever want for a relaxing getaway! Large open space with a wonderful view of the lake. Perfect for a family getaway and once you are there you never want to leave. We’ve stayed in many places with AirBnb all the way from Portland, ME to Mendocino, CA and this place does not disappoint at all. Highly recommend!

This place was so so so beautiful it came with everything that we needed to cook and enjoy our time out in Oklahoma!!! Mitch also was very very helpful when our plans got changed and recommended amazing places to visit!

There are plenty of sleek, modern cabins with that brand new smell to be had these days... but there's nothing quite like staying in a cabin, a decade shy of a century old. The whole cabin was a comforting visit to yester-year. squeaking floorboards, original, latch windows. Every detail was covered, from coffee bar, comfy beds to "not cheap" toilet paper . we could go on and on, but the view is spectacular. We even had a bald eagle land eye level with us, looking out the back down to the river. Although the river is quite easy to get to, if you like a short hike, it's not super kid friendly in the water, but the kids managed to spend a lot of time down there anyway. I grew up loving the illinois river, and this place you should check out!

We loved the cabin! Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it. Cozy, clean and had everything we needed. Close to lake Tenkiller and this was perfect for us since we were fishing a tournament. Janell was so helpful and answered quickly and checked on us. Would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

We loved, loved, loved our stay! The area is beautiful! The yard-perfect! The PORCH- amazing, even when raining! The BBQ Pit-perfect! The beds-not bad. Had everything you need! A little ways from restaurants, and the town of Tahlequah BUT the drive there and back is nice. Ms. Julie was very responsive. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

Very clean! Everything we needed to cook and enjoy a nice meal on the porch surrounded by the beauty of the outside and Lake! I felt like if we needed anything wr could reach out to our host and they would help. This was our second stay and will definitely come again!

Wonderful host and wonderful property! We are a high school bass fishing family and this place was amazing. Super clean home with a wonderful location close to chicken creek ramp. Easy to get boat in and out of. Loved staying here! Hosts were very accommodating and nice!

This was a Great little spot for us and super close to our event! I was very thankful we were able to book with Shane and Carla since this was a last minute decision on our part, and as it turned out, we had to cut our trip short by a day. But it was very peaceful and comfortable and fit our needs Perfectly!

We booked here last minute and everything turned out to be more than expected. Everything was clean and every room stocked with everything you could need. Area is very peaceful and we felt right at home. We loved playing board games and hanging out on the porch watching nature! We would stay here again!

Can't say enough wonderful things about this beautiful place! It was so close to the river, peaceful -even on the highway, comfortable indoors and out. We enjoyed breakfast on the covered deck watching the squirrels, plenty of parking for our kayaks, nice TV we rarely watched, comfy huge oversized king bed with black out shades that allowed us to sleep in. Plenty of extra blankets. Great directions by Ruth because GPS will take you elsewhere. Hope to be back next year!

Nita’s cabin in the woods was an exceptional place to spend a week with family, spacious rooms all nicely appointed. It was so peaceful and quiet set back from the road. We enjoyed the wildlife, deer, birds and even wild turkey. Nita is an outstanding host! She contacted us a number of times to ensure we could find the location and provided the access information in advance of our arrival so there was no guessing about how to get in. She gave us a number of helpful tips about what to do and see. She even checked in with us the day there were strong winds to make sure we were ok. You can tell she cares about her home and her guests. She made our time at the cabin special! We would love to come back again someday.

This cabin was perfect for our family weekend! Space is wonderful for a large family to be together! Cooking in the kitchen or outside options was easy! Front porch was perfect. Plenty to do without ever leaving the property. All comfortably furnished and the beds and linens were great.

We had a great time staying here! We planned a weekend trip to Lake Tenkiller, and getting to the park from the AirBnB was a short walk. We had 5 people and pets, and we had plenty of space! It was nice having lunch on the patio. We had a few hiccups with the Wifi, but Debbie was quick to respond and help. Overall, great place and would come here again!
