Tbilisi: aluguel por temporada para famílias com crianças

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house is perfect for a family reunion or a big group. Each bedroom has a bathroom with the shower, everyone had privacy and we were very comfortable! Communal areas are spacious and inviting. We loved having a garden and a grill! I can only imagine how beautiful it gets in the summer! Kitchen had everything we needed for a stay and we ate most meals at home. There are many grocery stores near by and we found a great restaurant close by (Rtveli). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, we rode taxis anywhere we wanted to go, taxis were quick and cheap. I’m glad we traded proximity to old town for the comfort this home provided. Now the hosts were the most kind, welcoming and accommodating people. They walked us through the house, made sure we had everything we needed, provided many recommendations and answered all our questions before and during our stay. They responded to us very quickly. We were so thankful.

Le logement de Nika est très bien rangé et propre. Nika est très réactif, et sa mère, présente sur place, est vraiment adorable : elle a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions et de me donner d’excellentes recommandations. L’emplacement est idéal, avec une station de métro à proximité et de nombreux restaurants dans les environs. Il y a aussi plusieurs espaces de coworking tout près, ce qui était parfait pour moi, car je travaille en ligne. C’est un logement à la fois pratique, confortable et bien situé, que je recommande vivement !

A top notch Airbnb experience. The apartment and neighborhood were both so charming. Tamar was super communicative and pleasant. Our stay was a highlight of our visit to Georgia.

We had a very comfortable stay at the apartment. Nelly was the perfect host! She ensured all amenities were provided and she herself greeted us at check in. She also kept checking in to ensure we had everything or if we needed anything else. The place was exactly as described. The location too was very close to the city and other attractions. Highly recommend!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und wollten einen privaten Spot im Grünen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl und genossen den Garten und die Umgebung sehr. Danke an die ganze Familie!

The house is located on a hill in a traditional neighborhood without any tourists, so you can experience real Georgian life, but in a walking distance to the Old Town. There are also a few great viewpoints, often overlooked by tourists, offering beautiful views of the city and sunset. One of them is at the dead end of Chaisubani Street (41.704761, 44.807957). Tamara is a great and friendly host who can help with everything. I had an issue with the washing machine, and she resolved it quickly. The house is a two-story building with its own yard. Both floors have a living room. The ground floor also has a kitchen and a bedroom. Everything was clean and decorated with love. The second floor has two bedrooms and a balcony. The master bedroom is a bit dark but quite comfortable and cozy. The living room upstairs is also very nice and cozy. The only downside is that some beds have a mesh spring base, which may not be suitable for people with back or neck issues. Thank you for hosting me.

J’ai passé un peu plus de deux mois, parfait dans ce logement, à tout moment l’hôte était joignable et très réactif pour répondre à mes questions au besoin au niveau du logement, cela correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes il y a tout ce qu’il faut. второй год снимаю для мамы, когда она приезжает. всё устраивает. если возникают сложности, а это было только один раз с интернетом, то хозяйка делает всё, чтобы это решить максимально быстро

Хорошая новая квартира со свежим ремонтом, дом новый. Хозяйка очень внимательная и отзывчивая, останавливались уже во второй раз

L'appartamento è delizioso e la posizione é strategica. Comoda per raggiungere tutti i più interessanti luoghi della città. É vero, talvolta la sera può essere un po' rumoroso. Dipende dal vostro livello di tolleranza, per me non è stato affatto un problema

Отличная квартира, если вам нужно остановиться в Сабуртало - несколько минут пешком до метро Делиси. Есть всё что нужно и даже больше. Нино заселила нас ранним утром, встретила сама, всегда быстро отвечала на сообщения, очень дружелюбно и предупредительно. Провожала нас сестра Нино, пришла вовремя как договаривались, так же очень приятная коммуникация. Квартира хорошая, просторная, много воздуха. Два двуспальных места - кровать в спальне и диван в гостиной. Два балкона с отличным видом. Останавливались с дочерью-подростком, у каждого было личное пространство)) Из замечаний/пожеланий - поменять уплотнитель в душе и приобрести весы (нам нужно было взвесить багаж перед отъездом в аэропорт, весы в итоге взяла у знакомой). Проживанием довольны, спасибо Нино.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was well-equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment had everything we could ask for, and the overall experience was wonderful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay

Beautiful and chic apartment with cool design in a pre-revolutionary house. Ideal for 5-6 people, given the large living room and kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Location - 10/10. There are lots of good cafes, restaurants and bars around, as well as 24 hour supermarkets within walking distance.

It’s our second stay at the apartment and it’s wonderful as always. The apartment is in a perfect location. Right in the city center but on a quiet street, which made our stay very peaceful. It’s spacious, comfortable, and airy, with incredibly cozy beds that made it hard to get up in the morning! Nina and her father are great people. When Nina was away, her father helped us right away with a small issue, which we really appreciated. Every time we’re staying here we feel at home from the moment we arrived. It’s pure comfort. Even for big families with kids. There’s a huge shopping mall nearby and an amazing breakfast place just around the corner called Breakfast Is. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Temo’s place. The location is perfect in the old part of Tblisi walkable to the shopping center and eating places around this apartment. Host was excellent and was very flexible in allowing us to until the evening because of our late flight.

Mariam’s place is a serene oasis in a bustling and lively area. Within the block of the apartment, there are several standout coffee shops, pastry shops, and restaurants. Venture a little further and there’s an ATM, and it’s very walkable to local landmarks, the metro, the funicular, and more! The apartment itself is perfect for 2, offering bonuses like a functioning kitchen, storage for jackets, a laundry machine, and a quaint balcony with screen door. The only note is that it is up some stairs, so if you are looking for something accessible this may be challenging for you. Mariam herself was a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive to our needs and went above and beyond. This is a great stay for your first time in Tbilisi and I would highly recommend it.
