Dunray Cottage - Welcome to Havelock North

Enjoy staying at our newly built, beautiful cottage. There is so much to experience in Hawkes Bay and at the end of the day, relax and have a glass of wine on the large deck and enjoy a soak in the spa. We are 3km’s from the heart of Havelock North and in a semi-rural location; on the main arterial road into the village. The cottage is fully self-contained and on separate grounds to our main house, which is on the adjoining property. There is even room for a caravan (with external power point)

Noir Cottage, a peaceful Black Barn style retreat!

The Black Barn style petite Noir cottage is a one bedroom, self-contained space beautifully appointed in a gorgeous setting. Sunny, quiet and elevated with bush and sea views set on a 2 acre site. There are 11 kms of bush walking tracks to enjoy and a tennis court. The Bay View village is a 5 minute drive away which offers a Four Square, Fish& Chip shop, Pub, & Pharmacy. Biking tracks are close by. The airport is 7mins away. Close by are two great vineyards which do tastings and food.

Spacious Sanctuary in Ahuriri

Located in Ahuriri, a boutique area which has a cinema, Post Office, shops, bus route, parks, restaurants and the beach. The home is spacious, light and clean with comfortable beds (all linen, pillows and towels provided), wheelchair access and a lift if you have problems with mobility. With large garage, 2 bicycles for the nearby cycle path, spacious garden, every amenity and laundry facilities. This well located home is great for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Bluff Hill Garden Flat, Breakfast Books & Birdsong

Welcome! With beautiful textiles, furniture and art this peaceful sunny one bedroom flat on Bluff Hill has been newly renovated and is perfect for your weekend in Napier. It has air conditioning to keep you warm and cool and breakfast is included! Please note that the flat has no TV and it has a kitchenette not a full kitchen. Also the flat is reached by 30 steps down from the street. You are a short 10min walk from the cafes, restaurants & bars that Napier & Ahuriri have in abundance.

Safe, quiet and private space, separate from the host. No shared spaces. Hot tub is by your entrance. A range of breakfast supplies in your space for enjoying at your convenience. From the comfortable queen bed, enjoy the garden outlook. Guests comment on their comfortable sleep. A queen bed enuite studio is also available (see my other listing) Numerous cafes, bars, boutique shops and a NW supermarket close by. Onsite parking is available for 1 vehicle. The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

Contemporary style ground floor apartment in our house consisting of 2 bedrooms (queen bed each) a day room with kitchenette (no stove) and TV (Netflix). Entry through the front door of our house with a door to your accommodation in the entrance hall. Bedrooms with black out curtains. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine and dryer available. Off street parking for 1 car, WIFI, short walk to Ahuriri's little beach, restaurants & cafe's .

Parkers 2 (1 Bed) - Spacious Napier City Apartment

A brand new and spacious architecturally designed luxury apartment in the heart of Napier City - the Art Deco centre of the world. This 1930's heritage building has been fully restored in 2020 and is 100% NBS. Located less than a block from the lovely Marine Parade walkway and attractions, and equally as close to the cities main street and shopping. Walking distance to local cafes/restaurants and a 10 minute drive from the airport.

Jervois Cottage

To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.
