Suwon-si: aluguel por temporada para famílias

Mein Aufenthalt war angenehm und die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und ich würde wieder bei ihm buchen.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Luyi’s apartment. The location was very convenient and easily accessible to both the 9 and 2 subway lines as well as the COEX mall. The apartment was very spacious and clean with amazing views of the city. Both rooms were also very spacious and comfortable. The furniture, including the sofas, were also very comfortable as well. Luyi was also a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. He checked in on us frequently and was always very fast to respond to any requests or questions we had. We also accidentally left a package behind and he graciously helped ship the package to us back in the States. We enthusiastically recommend Luyi’s place for anyone staying in Seoul and have already recommended it our friends.

Vivi was so nice and friendly. Our family had to stay at and airbnb because we had to have construction at our place, and Vivi's place made us feel very comfortable like our home! Thank you so much again!

집처럼 편안하게 쉬다왔습니다

Everything about the Rose House is perfect. It feels like home, is well equipped, and very spacious. The included morning breakfast during the weekdays is high end restaurant quality and all five meals were delicious. Time spent visiting with Ms. Rose and her two delightful dogs after breakfast was a great way to start the day. The private deck was perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day. The coffee shop next door was wonderful. The #3 (Orange Line stop 347) is a 10 minute walk from the house. There are numerous parks within 15 minutes. There is an entire row of restaurants one street over and plenty of businesses to visit. We will definitely stay at the Rose house during future visits to Seoul.

서울에서이렇게접근성,편의성모든게만족하기는어려울것입니다.. 아파트주변에조금만찾아보면거의다있습니다.. 아파트자체가연식이있으나그렇게문제가되지는않습니다..

Had a wonderful stay! The room itself was very clean and the location of the place was perfect as it was very close to the train station, the subway station, and the bus stop. The building was also very well maintained and check in instructions were all very clear. Would love to stay again soon!

너무 만족했습니다^^

집 한채를 전체적으로 빌려쓰는데 적절했음 방 2개에 넉넉한 침대 싸이즈. 온돌로 따뜻하게 지낼수 있어 좋았음. 작은 아파트를 빌리는것보다. 성인 3명 이상이라면 이 집을 빌리는것을 추천합니다. 있는 동안 여유롭게 있다 갔습니다~

We enjoyed our stay overall—the location is excellent, with easy access to both metro and bus stations, and there are tons of great restaurants just around the corner. The space itself has a lot of potential, but there are a few things that could use attention. The outside staircase is missing a handrail on one side, which might be a safety concern for some guests. Inside, the ceiling could use a bit of cleaning, and we noticed some maintenance issues with the sink, shower, and bathroom as they were leaking. With a few repairs and a bit of upkeep, this place could be a fantastic spot.

A very convenient location close to the Messe center!

Without a doubt, a beautiful home! The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was so comfortable and inviting. Everything about the stay made it easy to relax and enjoy, from the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful touches throughout the house. I truly appreciate the host’s hospitality and communication—definitely a wonderful place to stay in! Thanks again.

very good location but no elevator only

신랑 코엑스 수업 때매 애랑 같이 서울로 가게 되었네요.위치 좋고 가격 저렴하여 여기로 선정했습니다. 애라서 침대에 자면 떨어질까봐 걱정했는데 침구류가 완전 많아 바닥에 깔고 잤습니다^^.위치가 정말 좋고 (근처 순대국 맛집 많음 1층은 명륜진사갈비 ㅎㅎ 넘 맛나요! 지하철도 가까워요 롯데월드 걸어서 갔어요) 가격도 저렴하여 너무 만족합니다^^ 다음에 또 들릴게요^^친절한 사장님 항상 건강하세요~!

여타 추가비용을 지불시 더좋은곳도 있겠지만 저는 업무상 이점이 많은 위치라 정말 저렴한 비용에 너무 이용을 잘했습니다.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything, including the subway, the unit is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all the necessities. Host speaks English well and is exceptionally helpful. Definitely would come back. Thank you, Shinki, for making our time in Korea so pleasant.

Without a doubt, the best Airbnb I had in Korea, I recommend!!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Même petit, tous les équipements y sont, cuisine avec ustensiles, sdb et toilettes privatives, et même une TV grand écran. J'ai tout de même trouvé le prix un peu élevé pour ce lieu, mais je n'ai pas regretté le payer malgré tout.

We had a lovely stay in Gangnam at Justina’s place. Justina was very responsive and accomodating in helping us with instructions on which bus to catch from the Airport to Gangnam and vice versa. The apartment is extremely conveniently located and easy to find with a GS25 at the bottom floor. It is not even a minutes walk from Gangnam Station Exit 5 however when inside the station it can be a bit of a walk to catch the green line 2 but a quick walk for brown line. This was not an issue for us but I feel is important to point out. There is a Paris Crossaint or Baguette (I forgot which one specifically) just outside the apartment which was delicious and we enjoyed coffee from there every other day. The apartment itself is very big and located high up in the complex. There are 4 elevators to get you up and down. The ventilation was good and we enjoyed the heated floors during Winter. The beds were comfortable and we spent our evenings watching YouTube on TV.

Exactly as described! A bit tough with the luggage and the hills but otherwise everything was great.

모든 생필품이 갖춰져있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 특히 호스트분 의사소통 너무 빠르고 친절해서 불편함이 전혀 없었어요. 딱 한가지 단점은 차를 종종 이용했는데 주변에도 24시간 주차를 할 수 있는 공간이 전혀 없었어요...저는 거의 한정거장 떨어진 곳에 주차했습니다...주차공간이 전혀 없는것 외에는 불편한건 없었습니다. 아기랑 있었는데 아주 편하게 머물다 갑니다^^
