A 400 year-old, beautifully restored stonemason's house in an idyllic Etruscan village, 7 miles from Susa & 1.5 miles from the train station, shops, bars and restaurants of Bussoleno. Surrounded by mountains, with views of Rocciamelone (3,585m), the house is intimate, private and quiet - sat by the medieval fountain and 17th century church (the bells of which no longer ring!). The village is 25 mins from skiing in Bardonecchia and 35 mins from Sestriere. Turin is 40 mins by train and car.

The beautiful village of Hautecour is situated above the market town of Moutiers where you will be able to shop for all of your day to day needs, and relax in the cafe's and restaurants . A 15-minute drive will get you to the lift station at Brides Les Bains for access to the fantastic 3 valleys in winter or a chance to relax in the famous spa waters in summer.

Stone and wood cottage built in 1860 renovated in 2016 with original materials and in the spirit of the place in a tiny, isolated intact village animated in summer by a family of young shepherds who bring the animals in the pastures and produce butter and delicious goat's cheese. Equipped outdoor area without fence. Living area with fully equipped open kitchen, living room with wood burning fireplace , pellet stove and two-seater sofa bed. I boschi che circondano la casa sono l’habitat naturale di uccelli e caprioli.
