We were down for the weekend to watch the footy. Lots of places booked out, it was a busy weekend in Geelong - boat show/racing, regatta, footy, air show next weekend, lucky to find Nicks place available. Walking distance to GMHBA stadium and eateries and waterfront. Nice place, old unit that’s been done up. Garage is small/low, our hatchback fitted but an SUV wouldn’t. A comfortable stay in a good location. Nick was a friendly and helpful host.

Great location - we walked everywhere around town to restaurants and shopping. The unit had everything we needed and was a great base for us to come to and from the beach. Safe off-street parking and easy check-in and out.

Such a beautiful place, my partner and I adored staying here and were sad to leave. The location is absolutely perfect, not in the middle of the town so not too busy but just close enough for a lovely easy stroll into the town along the beautiful Lorne beach. Deb was very responsive and kind and the place was in immaculate condition- perfect for a couple. Would definitely recommend.

Maree provides a seamless checkin and exit process. Unit was spotless and fully equipped, instructions were clear and thorough. Location is excellent! Couple of minutes walk to the water and restaurants. Super handy to get to and from Avalon airport. Couch and bed very comfortable. Really liked the flexible layout of the living space! Perfect for what we needed, a base to stay while we attended a wedding and visited friends. Price is very reasonable and comparable to hotel rates but with the added bonus of having the entire place to yourself! Would certainly stay here again when we next visit Geelong. We had a great 2 night stay and loved the house. Location is absolutely perfect with the beach just across the road and the house had so much character and a homely feel. We loved being able to hear the ocean at night and watch the sun setting over the water.

Location is superb!! Property was great, had everything we needed for our week stay! Shower pressure great, fresh linen and lots of towels. Couch was a bit grimy and stained but besides that, no complaints and the location couldn’t be better!

Your accommodation was spotlessly clean and had amenities beyond what was expected, including snacks and fresh produce provided so that if we wanted to self-cater for a couple of days, it would have been very easy. Your home was spotlessly clean, and we couldn't have asked for anything more in terms of location, quietness of neighbourhood, and a great German Bierhaus a one minute walk down the road. Would recommend this property for anyone wanting somewhere reasonably central to all the amenities Geelong has to offer - about a 20 minute walk down to Packington St where all the amazing cafes and restaurants are, or 15 minute walk down to the waterfront - again : amazing cafes and restaurants. The location of the home was perfect for us, with walking distance to the beach and into Torquay. The house had everything we needed with all amenities for a 5 night stay. Jo was more than helpful with everything from booking to check out and ensuring the place had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage over Christmas! The place was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the kitchen was a dream to cook in, fully stocked with all the utensils we could need. The kids absolutely loved playing in the little yard, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and a great playground. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to create holiday memories. Highly recommend!

Another amazing stay at Marnie’s lovely beach home. Marnie is an excellent host, the check-in process is a breeze and communication is timely and effective. Location is so handy and my family and I always feel at home there. Will be back!

Close yet quiet location to spirit of tassie. We’ve stayed twice now. Ange very quick to respond after the lock box code had time lapsed due to our late arrival.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Very spacious and clean. The outdoor area was perfect for our group to hang out in and we all enjoyed the spa, pool, sauna and pool table. We also chose the private chef dinner option and this was also great - delicious food and wide variety of dishes. Looking forward to staying here again.
