The Little Motel Room, gateway to the Surf Coast

The Little Motel Room Geelong is part of a main house, with its own entrance and is locked off from the rest of the house, creating your own private ensuite room. Tea&coffee are provided but there is no cooking facilities. You will hear household noise, we try to keep all noise to a minimum, please consider this when booking. Deakin Uni & Epworth Hospital are mins away by car, bus stop nearby. CBD is a 15 min drive, The Surf Coast is down the highway & local shops are near. Everyone is welcome.

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

Quiet, pet friendly & equipped with the comforts of home including air conditioning, a full kitchen, full sized bath, washing machine, clothesline and a pet door that allows small dogs access to the fully fenced courtyard. Pets are allowed indoors.

Set out in the morning and gather fresh eggs or feed the horses and the cows. We can bring the pones in for brush. Plenty of toys and books and games for the kids, footy goals and a basketball hoop as well. So much to do or just relax in the serenity or take a stroll around the 22 acres with a glass of wine and watch the sunset.
