Comfortable stay in a beautiful location. Heidi's was exactly what we expected and good value. The views in pretty much every direction from her home are just stunning this fall and we loved stepping outside each morning by quiet Opechee Lake. Our Labrador had a great time too with lots of space to run around.

Rahna’s place on the lake was so comfortable and perfect for our stay. The location was so convenient for our needs and the property was quaint and well taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque, relaxing experience. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!

Alicia's place was cozy and comfortable, and the view of the river was gorgeous. A beautiful area, nice and quiet, but still quick and easy to get to local towns. We hope to stay here again the next time we're visiting family.

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. This property is definitely within the top five Airbnb’s that I’ve ever stayed at! The apartment is absolutely beautiful with no detail missed. The kitchen was impeccable with light snacks provided and coffee/creamer, which is a huge plus for me. The bathroom was spotless with beautiful, plush towels and a lovely washer and dryer set. The living room was very comfortable with a reclining couch. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens. I can’t wait to stay again when I’m working in town.

We loved it here. Quiet and amazing sunrise view. We ended up extending our stay a week longer. Lindsay was quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay.

This is the second year we stayed at Paradise on the Pond, a great spot to access both Pat's Peak and Crotched Mountain Ski resorts. Cynthia was very accommodating of some changes in our schedule due to my upcoming surgery and she provided an extra very comfy blow up bed for a 3rd guest. Thank you Cynthia! The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. Everything was clean and well cared for. The owner was very responsive and detailed—we didn’t need to message them at all during our stay! Would recommend to everyone.

Fantastic home, near Pats Peak and the lake view is amazing. Better than we expected.

This was the perfect stay for a group of friends for a few nights in the early summer. Weather permitting, the lake and dock were great to hangout on, and on colder days the fire pits provided a cozy atmosphere. There are tons of amenities which made cooking large meals easy and provided activities for all to enjoy. The hot tub was a wonderful surprise as well. Squam lake itself is very clear and great for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. On the few occasions we left the lake, the country store down the road had everything we needed too. Don was very communicative with us and was a great host. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a family or small group of friends. I’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. This location is absolutely perfect for anybody that wants to be close to the water and to the town. There was so much to do and so many great restaurants close by. We loved being able to go for walks during the day and at night time the game room was perfect. We had kids ranging from ages 1 to 13. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back in the future.

i was we my family the place was very clean and had a lot of amenities, my dad it's a fisher man, so he love the pond, the view it's amazing in the morning, Bruce helped us with everything always ready to respond, it's a Diamond 💎 in New Hampshire if you going to NH a will recommended this place 1000 times, definitely I'm gonna rent this place again. We were two couples and enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It is well organized and located in a beautiful setup on the lake. A relatively short 30 minutes drive allowed us easy access to the white Mountains attractions. Vanessa was proactive on closing the open space above the bedroom doors just before we came - so this issue as reported in some other reviews has gone away… in short - highly recommended!

Perfect place for our Labor Day weekend getaway! Direct access to the water, and accommodated our large group with everything we needed !

After a long day of driving from New York, and hikes at Franconia Notch State park, Julianne’s condo was a perfect getaway to stay in Laconia with backyard lake views to die for. The condo was clean and cozy. The highlight of the stay was watching the sunset from the balcony and admiring the stars at the private sandy beach. The host was very responsive. Thank you for the clear and precise instructions beforehand, everything was simple and straightforward. I would 100% recommend this place! :)

The room had beautiful views of the lake as mentioned in the listing. The space was clean and nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for our short stay. The property also had other amenities for us to use such as a pool, hot tub, game room and community balcony. The location was also very good as is close to the beautiful lake and picturesque towns. Would recommend their place overall as was an enjoyable weekend stay.

Lovely lake views, clean and tidy room, great service. We had a minor issue with our reservation and Christine handled it kindly and generously.

The view is beautiful. It is nice to have a private beach. Patrick was very friendly and communicative. The only drawback is the insulation is thin and we could hear our neighbors, very loud neighbors, above us at 1 in the morning. The second night we turned on white noise and that helped.

Nice roomy comfortable space for two moms and three adult children. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Good location for getting to Bank of NH for a concert. Within driving distance to restaurants, grocery stores and Weirs beach. We didn't know how to adjust a digital thermometer. I had to message Ryan late at night. He got back to me right away and was super helpful. We had a memorable and pleasant time enjoying the lakes region of NH. Thank you, Ryan!

The condo units were perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked, the unit was clean, the location was ideal for a concert at Bank of NH pavilion.
