This 270 year old stone cottage was once the servants quarters for Oakleigh House, located centrally in the village on a quiet cul-de-sac. In the southern part of Warwickshire - easy access to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds. Tucked away in 26 acres of equestrian tranquility. With a friendly golden, a cat, five horses and two teenagers. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as there is a drive away from all amenities.
