The property is a self-contained annex built onto a bungalow. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a room with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas. There is a decking area & a shared garden. WiFi included. It is within 10 minutes’ walk of Earlsdon (with its restaurants, cafes, pubs, and coffee shops) and Canley Ford nature reserve. We provide a welcome pack (bread, milk, coffee, tea, toiletries) and some Honesty Food (& drink) - pay or replace.

Located next to Coventry University and a few minutes walk to the city centre and all its central attractions. CBS arena, JLR, Warwick uni are all easily accessible by public transport. Refurbished in July 2023 and including free Wi-Fi & Netflix this is an ideal space for a city break, work trip or for any visiting academics.

Stareton Cottage near Stoneleigh

Stareton Cottage is a lovely two bedroomed house, with it's own walled courtyard garden, furnished to a high standard, with views over an open field. It is very private, within walking distance to the NAC, less than ten minutes in a car to Leamington and Warwick University, fifteen to Warwick & twenty minutes to Stratford upon Avon. On the edge of open parkland, you can walk or run without meeting a car and you are welcome to use our 10 acres of beautiful private virgin woodland.

The Baginton Bear Suite

Relax and unwind in the Baginton Bear Suite. There's a pub to walk to either up or down the hill, and coffee shops in each of the two garden centres. Warwick Castle is a short drive away, and Kenilworth Castle is even closer. Close by is Regency Royal Leamington Spa, as are world-renown Coventry Cathedrals both old and new. The charming suite has a comfortable double bedroom, kitchen, en-suite, laundry, living and dining spaces, and is just what's needed for any stay away.

In the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, just a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants, theatre, beautiful Jephson Gardens and only 10 mins stroll to the train station. With private access from Rosefield Street, the hallway leads upstairs to the main spacious and light open plan living, dining and bedroom area with separate shower room. Bright, self-contained annexe on the 1st floor with private entry and lockbox for easy check-in. Features a king-size bed, sofa bed, dining area, and kitchenette with fridge/freezer, toaster, and tea/coffee facilities (no hob/oven). Mezzanine with two single beds, accessed by stepladder with lockable gate. Modern ensuite with shower and fresh towels. 42” TV with Netflix (no terrestrial TV). Private parking for 2–3 cars. A high quality self-contained ground floor annexe which is part of the main house, but with totally separate access consisting of a double bedroom, lounge and shower room with free onsite parking. We are a short walk from the central campus of Warwick University and only 3 miles from the centre of Coventry and train station. There are also many other towns within easy reach such as Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth and Birmingham.

The Pig Hut Escape to the privacy and tranquillity of The Pig Hut, our sole self contained Shepherd’s Hut in over an acre of its own land. The Pig Hut offers accommodation for two, on the banks of our picturesquely lit pond and overlooking our paddock to the rear. The Hut is on mains electricity, heated and is fully equipped with a kitchen oven/hob and en-suite bathroom. Fast WiFi. Guests also have the sole use of an outside electric hot tub with canopy.
