'The Orchid' is a cosy, self-contained, stand alone guest space, neatly tucked away behind the main house. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen and shower room. With one double bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge, The Orchid could sleep up to 4 people. Private side access through a coded gate. Fully enclosed (shared) garden, with bistro/ seating area. 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

Rural location for those looking to relax enjoying the view from the hot tub with panoramic views over open country side. Access available to our paddock for dog walking. Close proximity to the Hidden Oak wedding venue and easy access via car to North Tees Hospital and A66. Optional Hot tub is charged at an additional cost of £20 per night. Sparrow Barn accommodates two adults, in an open plan modern living space, on our family farm. It offers a perfect base for a countryside holiday, whether you're wanting to explore the local area, or relax in the barn. Downstairs is a shower room, and open plan living kitchen space. Upstairs is a vaulted bedroom with king size bed. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
