Lovely seaside cottage 40 minutes from Stockholm

A cosy cottage with a picturesque view over the archipelago. It is located seven meters from the sea, with bathing possibilities close by - both close to the cottage (cliffs) and a beach 200 meters away. This small cottage (1 room) houses 2 adults, 1 infant or child (children must be able to swim) is welcome. The house has fresh water (no hot water), outside shower, and combustion toilet. Amenities include a grill, oven, hob and kitchen supplies. Full access to hot shower and laundry room.

Gästhus: vatten/avlopp, micro, kyl/frys, 1 dubbelsäng spjälsäng. Studsmatta, linbana, koja, hängmatta, racketspel, 8-10 cyklar på tomten & suverän sandstrand mm i närheten. Swimspa på 2x4 meter inbyggd jetstream för simträning (stängd vintertid). Båt ingår.

Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.

The house has 4 beds: a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with bunk bed. There is a house in garden with 2 beds possible to use in summertime. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. Charming house (separate house with own entrance) with ocean view in the beatiful area, Saltsjö-Duvnäs, only 20 minutes from the Stockholm City centre with the local bus. The guesthouse has a romantic setting and decorated in country style. One bedroom with double bed and kitchen with an extra bed. Dinnertable with room for 4 persons. Downstairs is a bathroom. Suitable for a small family with 1-2 kids. We have 2 kayaks to lend for free and it is possible to rent a small motor boat.
