Andrew and Lisa were both really friendly and the place is a great base for walking; warm, comfortable and handy for lots of good hills. It's compact but had everything I wanted and everything worked fine (great shower). Excellent place to stay, will be back.

The apartment was exactly as described and in the pictures - fantastic value and very smart in comparison to other accommodation in the area. Gordon is incredibly professional and we’re really glad we chose to stay here. Some amazing hiking around the Loch too.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! Christine has a wonderful apartment that is very comfortable and location is great. Kitchen very well supplied. As to location, we never used our car - lovely walking to the old town and castle - enjoyed immensely. Beds and linens great! You will love Christine and this apartment…..Christine met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. She also helped with answering questions. Love Stirling!

As a couple with a dog seeking a weekend break Dunollie at Balquhidder was perfect for us. Cosy and spotlessly clean, in a great location for walks and the excellent Mhor84 just down the road for a superb breakfast. A perfect break for us, thank you Alison and Hannah.

I had a problem with logging on to the internet,she responded immediately and all was good.I had a train at 11:30 and she let me check out at 11:00 one hour past check out.Thank you so much.

We had a great few days in Helensburgh visiting our daughter who lives locally. Margaret is a wonderful host and has a beautiful house and gardens - perfect for our energetic spaniel to run around in. While attached to the main house, the apartment is very private and you’d never know your hosts were the other side of the wall. If you needed anything however, Margaret was always on hand to help out. The apartment was spotless and had lots of amenities- exactly as described. The place is also ideally located for this beautiful part of Scotland, with Loch Lomond just a 10 minute drive away. We look forward to staying at Margaret’s again in the future and can’t thank her enough.

What a stunning house in the most gorgeous area ... Mhairi's house is a complete fairytale and was perfect for myself and 11 other friends to stay for the weekend. The house was clean, stylish, and warm with a huge patio and fabulous living / dining space. We were all desperate to move in - a real dream house. It is also close to a loch and lovely swimming spots which are a short walk away from the house. We'll be recommending this place to everyone and would love to return! Thank you Mhairi for all your advice and helping us have such a wonderful weekend together :)

We have just returned from a wonderful weeks holiday at Shona's place. This stay ranks as our best guest experience. Shona is a great host, very friendly and helpful with suggestions and information. The house is very spacious and comfortable with everything you may need. We slept well as the bed was extremely comfortable and the location very peaceful. We had a great meal at the local called the Old Mill . The local Co--Op supermarket is really handy for picking up provisions and the staff extremely warm and helpful. Kiilearn is a very pretty village with friendly locals and fabulous walks from the centre. If you fancy a break from driving to surrounding amazing local places, then the house is very close to the bus stop. with a really efficient bus service. We went into Glasgow - the journey takes about an hour. We were sad when it was time to leave and wouldn't hesitate to return to Killearn and Shona's beautiful home.

An outstanding property in terms of location, style and comfort. Furnishings of a high standard and befitting the period character of the house. Enjoyed watching the changing patterns of weather from the comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. Duncan was a gracious host. Highly recommended.

This was a great place to stay for a group of 6 friends on a hiking weekend. The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. Bedrooms are nice, though one of the twin rooms has quite small beds. We managed ok but they could be a problem for tall people. The hot tub and pool room were great fun, it's a real bonus to have stuff like that where you stay. Both bathrooms are a good standard too. Parking in the area behind the house is a bit tricky, especially for larger cars. Once you're in, it's very secure though. Just make sure you open the gate all the way and you should be fine. Callander is a lovely location and a good base for Munro bagging. We'll definitely look to see if this place is available when we plan our next hiking trip.

We had a wonderful stay!! Lynn is an amazing host: very responsive, friendly, kind, and thoughtful. The home is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic view of the loch. There were seven of us (adults) and we were all very comfortable. The garden (yard) is large with soft, mossy grass, which our dogs loved! Helensburgh is not too far and offers nice places to eat (La Barca's) and fun stores for shopping (Tweedies). Highly recommend! 5 stars🌟

Laura and Ronnie were really helpful and friendly. They were very accessible and explained the facilities well. The cabin is very well equipped and has lovely luxurious bedding, a great bathroom with bath and shower. Kitchen is sweet and a comfy sofa with TV made it a pleasure to sit in. The added pleasure was Bertie the gorgeous golden retriever who was such a sweetie. I think the views are outstanding and would love to see them in the summer! stayed in becci place for four weeks. what a beautiful apartment the pictures don't do it justice. very friendly host and very responsive. callender is a beautiful place calm scenic and lots of lovely walks .lots of coffee and nice food places. Sadly could only fit in one night in Balloch but Stuart’s apartment is centrally located, light airy and comfortable with views over the marina and secure parking. Easy to find and access with Stuart’s comprehensive instructions (best we’ve had), the only challenge you have is deciding on one of the many places to eat.

Beautiful place, finely decorated. Can’t imagine there are many better options in Stirling. Central to everything but quiet enough :)

Christine’s place is very accurately described and a real haven. The place was spotlessly clean and we were overwhelmed by the little touches that made the stay so special. The apartment was very well equipped and were able to host Christmas with no issues. The location is excellent for exploring Loch Lomond.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. The beds were super comfortable, and the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations made the stay feel extra thoughtful. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer questions and offer help if needed. Check-in was a breeze, and I really appreciated the clear instructions provided beforehand. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and conveniently located near great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Armoury. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped and warm (despite the cold weather). The location is very convenient (with shops within easy walking distance) but tucked away/quiet (especially overnight). Catrina was helpful, friendly and responsive. Recommended.

It was very clean and smelled very fresh. The kitchen wat kitted out good and the living room was cosy. The bed was of good quality. Easy to find and walkable to the train and centre Everything was amazing but if i had to nitpick i would suggest a bigger duvet and the shower didn’t have much pressure but that is just small details to me
