Kuća je puna detalja, ručno rađenog namještaja i suvenira, uz komfor i luksuz koji smo pridonijeli kroz adaptaciju kuće udobno se smjestite i prepustite povratku u prošlost, osjetite duh Like i način života na selu gdje se budite sa prvim zrakama sunca i cvrkutom ptica.

Kuca S&D nalazi se u mjestu Svica,7km udaljena od Otočca. Svojim gostima nudi smještaj, besplatan WiFi, parking te veliko dvorište. Kuca ima spavaću sobu, dnevni boravak, galeriju sa dva francuska lezaja, kuhinju, kupaonicu sa tušem te jos jedan zasebni toalet. U podrumu kuce nalazi se prostorija za druzenje koja sadrži stol sa stolicama, pomocnu kuhinju te konobu za degustaciju proizvoda sa vlastitog OPG-a. U ljetnim mjesecima gostima je na raspolaganju i organski povrtnjak, te roštilj.
