Suz and Ken were very warm hosts. We were comfortable and cozy in the B&B. The place was clean and we enjoyed our stay in there. Suz was very sweet and took care of us lovingly!

We can easily sum up our stay with this dear couple as “Hunky Dory” 😆 They were most welcoming and it felt like we were visiting out of grandparents in their cozy, well loved, vintage home! With local cider and sweets, and good conversation when we returned for the evening, to delicious full breakfasts, and even to-go goody bags of local made donuts 🍩 along with wet and dry paper towels for sticky fingers haha we felt very well cared for. Who could ask for anything more!

This may be my new favorite place to stay when visiting Keuka Lake. The room was clean with comfortable linens. The breakfast however is what sets this apart from your average hotel room. Food was delicious (including fresh squeezed grape juice) and we enjoyed talking with the owners about their plans for the property and things to do in the area.

We loved our stay here at Steven's place. This is a real gem for this area, and the breakfast included was perfect. We really enjoyed the firepit and the peaceful surroundings at night. We would highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway in the finger lakes

Great place to stay, right in the heart of things. Restaurants, shops, and anything you need within steps of your door. Very clean, spacious, as a group of four adults we were very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

My husband and I had the most comfortable and relaxing time in Carol's gorgeous home. Perfect location for fall color peepers since there's a huge sun room with glass windows on two sides with a view of the sprawling mountains. The kitchen is stocked up and there are four dining areas to choose from. Lots of books all around and games like checkers and chess and a few others. The room itself was very cozy with an electric blanket and a nice bed. Carol is the kindest, most generous and thoughtful host we have stayed with. I'd come back just to hang out with her again!
