This ground-floor apartment in the building facing the pool features 1 air-conditioned bedroom, an air-conditioned living room, full bathroom, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with stove and refrigerator, and a terrace with direct access to the pool. It also includes a safe for added security. Florisel Residence provides a swimming pool with sun loungers and terraces, private parking, 24/7 security, and direct access to the private beach with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome kit including beach towels, shower towels, toilet paper, napkins, a 20-liter water jug, coffee and sugar packets, shampoo, shower gel, bar soap, and dish soap.

Rodeado de restaurantes, tiendas y a solo 8 minutos del Downtown. Por reglas, al hacer efectiva su renta deberá enviarme su ID. El condominio no admite mascotas ni permite visitas. Los servicios o experiencias deben realizarse fuera de la propiedad.
