The self-contained apartment is spacious and well-equipped containing a bathroom, comfortable double bedroom and lounge/diner including a sofa-bed with large bay window with Abbey views. Beautifully converted, airy hideaway near Whitby

Sleights is a gem of a village on the outskirts of Whitby and at the foothills of the Moors. You will stay in a beautiful airy converted self contained studio which has its own entrance and is part of a large Victorian Villa (there are steps leading down into the garden - may not be suitable for those with limited mobility). Guests will enjoy the privacy of the Hideaway with their own outside area. They can relax on the luxury Simba mattress that promises a good nights rest after a busy day.

A lovely self catering holiday apartment,sleeps 2 and dogs are welcome. It’s situated above the lovely laurel inn pub. The kitchen/lounge area has WI-FI,recliner and easy chair,and a table and chairs. The bedroom has a quality double bed,hanging space and a smart t.v. Bedding and towels are provided. The bathroom has a shower,toilet,sink and a heated towel rail. ACCESSIBILITY- we are sorry to say that our rooms are not suitable for those with limited mobility,due to the steepness of stairs.

Wake to stunning views and take an early walk along the sand as waves lap on the sandy shore. Enjoy breakfast or brunch at one of the seafront cafés before browsing the unique shops. Walk cliff paths and footpaths, take in the sea views and breathe in sea salty air or, stroll along the pier and sit for a while as people pass by. At the end of the day, ride the historic cliff lift back toward the apartment to unwind in the deep roll top bath before falling asleep between cool linen sheets.

Private entrance, sleeps maximum 4 people: 2 people in main bedroom with one double bed and 2 people in one smaller room with one double bed. Please note sofas in the lounge are NOT sofa beds. Grade II Listed, near 199 Steps, Tate Beach and with a fabulous view out onto the cobbles of historic Church Street. Perfect for Winter weekends with a real fire available from October to April. Great in Summer for getting out to explore all that Whitby and its surrounding area has to offer.

Kindly Light is in the old Wesleyan Chapel in the heart of our beautiful fishing village, close to the Beck where you can watch the boats come and go, and a short walk to the sea. It has been sensitively converted reusing much of the original wood interior, creating lovely light and atmosphere. It is comfortably furnished with everything you need for a perfect stay. Cosy Cobbles

This beautiful apartment is refurbished to a high standard. It is comfortable, romantic and very self-contained. It is on the second floor, 2 floors above Cobbles coffee/ice cream and gift shop. There is a completely separate entrance for the apartment around the side of Cobbles. The views down the cobbled High Street to the front of the property are quaint and pretty. To the back there are stunning views over the Beck. Free WiFi is available too.
