Welcome to Sycamore Cottage Tutbury, a unique cosy cottage with just enough space for 4. The property is not suitable for children under 8yrs or those with limited mobility. Situated in a picturesque village with boutique shops, restaurants, country pubs, scenic walks and within 30min drive of Alton Towers. Peacocks can often be seen at the top of the village at dusk. During your stay you can make exclusive use of the large jacuzzi with outdoor TV, field views and outdoor dining furniture.

Well maintained cosy separate residence with secure parking, 1m from motorway & walking distance to Stafford town centre (20 mins) - close to local amenities (gym/ restaurants / supermarket / launderette / bowling / laser tag). The coach house is an annexe in the gardens of our house with a double bedroom on the mezzanine level. Downstairs, a king size sofa bed in the lounge, well equipped kitchenette and bathroom with good shower and bath. 2 SMART TVs with 2 DVD players & Fibre wifi.

Located in the picturesque area of Swythamley/Wincle surrounded by an abundance of wonderful places to visit, see and experience. Compact kitchen (microwave, no oven) but we are also five minutes walk from Newport High Street with an ever growing option of cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as Waitrose. Little Rosie has off street parking, is five minutes drive from Harper Adams and within very easy reach of Lilleshall Sports Centre, Weston Park and Telford. Two pubs are on your doorstep and both offer a warm welcome.
