Small (no kitchen) but well equipped, incl separate bedroom, full bathroom (NB: SHOWER OVER BATH), compact sitting room, secure gated deck, lawn, al fresco setting, BBQ. Cont breakfast items provided for guests to prepare at their convenience.

Stone's Throw Bed & Breakfast Lake Conjola

A stunning detached studio apartment with access by an external staircase situated at the top end of Lake Conjola. Sitting on 1.5 acres, being a stone's throw away from the lake with easy kayak/ stand up paddle board entry, this property is ideal for a quiet weekend away. Lake Conjola Beach is a short drive down the road, as is the local bowling club where you can enjoy a drink, a meal, a punt or a game of bowls at your leisure. A courtesy bus runs to and from the club for your convenience.

Red Oak Cottage

Red Oak Cottage (circa 1930’s), is newly refurbished, offering old style charm and comfort. The main guest suite is in a separate wing of the house which is completely private. The second bedroom is available upon request (as an additional cost) accessed via the Guest Courtyard. We occupy a separate space on the premises with our own entrance. We do not share any guest spaces. We provide continental breakfast. Please note there is no kitchen. We welcome babies/infants

Wide open spaces with stunning views from this bed and breakfast style studio, just 10 minutes on tarred road from Milton. There is plenty to do, from exploring the property, checking out Milton's cafes, boutiques, restaurants and venues, to enjoying beautiful local walks and surfing or just hanging at the beach. There is something for everybody here. The Studio has a kitchenette. Cooking facilities include a single induction hot plate, microwave, Weber Barbecue and mini fridge.

Two Camel B&B 688 Little River Rd, Tumut

Yes we have a camel ( but only one now 😞 ) My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.
