Staying at Sandy’s Airbnb was a fantastic experience! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, convenient and close to everything. As a regular traveller to Melbourne and first time staying at Graces Apartment, it is definitely up there with one of the best places ive stayed at. Apartment was stocked with everything that was needed, was as clean as clean gets, easy access with secure carpark. Amazing communication from Grace, and happily help with any queries and questions i had. The perfect apartment for a nice getaway. Can confidently say that i will be a returning guest , without even thinking twice. HIGHLY recommended A+++++ 👌😁

Mehria and Shahrooz's place was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Their unit has everything for cook. I enjoyed cooking like I was living in Melbourne reality. Tram station has 3 nearby, also you can go to Southern Cross station only 10 minutes on foot. So it was really convenient to go anywhere. They are really kind and friendly. I stayed here with family to see some musicals. It's just a couple of hundred metres from Southern Cross Station, so you can get anywhere really easily. The apartment was massive, with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge, dining and kitchen area. It was very comfortable for five of us. You are given a specific car park to stay in and one man chose to take mine and then become aggressive with my family when I asked for it back, as I had nowhere else to park. I was able to message the host about this to have it rectified. George responded quickly. For anxious travellers; you won't get instructions to pick up the keys until the room is ready. The key is in a lock box in the foyer, so just head to the building and wait. I was nervous as I had not received anything still after 3pm, but it all turned out well. The view was phenomenal and worth the price for me. NB. if you run hot, only the main b/r and lounge have aircon. it was fine for me in April and I had no trouble sleeping.

We loved this house!!! Lauren has done a beautiful job of furnishing and decorating this old 70s house. From the front, the street appeal isn't great but that doesn't matter at all once you enter. It's VERY spacious, stylish, comfortable and homely. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped, Lauren even provides multiple towels for each guest which is so lovely when having a longer stay! It's the small, thoughtful touches like this that can make a huge difference.. There are books and games for both kids and adults alike. Lauren is so helpful and friendly, and was always quick to respond. Despite being an older house, we can't fault our stay, we absolutely loved it and would happily return. Thank you so much Lauren!!

Fantastic month long stay at this brilliant property in St Kilda. The house was so spacious and Kerri was such a welcoming host, cannot recommend this enough. Will hopefully be back again next year to stay in the same location!

The place is cosy, clean and location is good. Tuyet is very accommodating and flexible with our check in and check out. Huge place and we love the kitchen and the dining area. Will book this place on our next visit. Thank you, Tuyet 😊

Thanks to lovely Rebecca for a wonderful stay. Our family of four spent three great weeks here and the location and house itself was unbeatable. So much thought was placed into each room; from cutlery and toys for the kids to ample towels as well as beach towels! Kitchen is extremely well equipped and there was even a brand new BBQ. We had one tiny concern that Rebecca immediately assisted us with and for that, we appreciated her prompt help. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Host, perfect for hosting large groups, plenty of privacy for group of couples. Spacious and clean for reasonable price in a big group.

Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

The attention to detail is incredible, his place had everything you need and is in a super convenient location with public transport, shops and restaurants all in walkable distance. The place was clean and tidy, my boyfriend and I felt right at home. Might need to ask Kelvis to help design our future home 🤣

This place was very well equipped, nice and clean and spacious for us. All cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner and washing detergent was generously included. Bed linen was crisp and clean. Very central to all amenities and a 2 minute walk to the tram station.

We had a great stay. The location was fabulous, right in the city easy access to free zone trams and train stations. The apartment was great everything we needed for our family and 2 bathrooms was a bonus for a family of girls. Highly recommend and we will be back to stay again. Thank you Victoria.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

Another lovely stay at Simons Docklands apartment. The location was perfect for us, wheelchair accessible and had everything we needed and more. Simon kindly let us check in early when our flight was changed, and prior to our arrival checked that internet speed was adequate for our streaming needs. I loved the small outdoor balcony and, as before when we stayed, there was beautiful fresh fruit provided. Highly recommend

This place is in a fantastic location. It's close to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and the free tram. The main bathroom doesn't include a toilet so only one toilet. But the main bath has lots of storage and Great shower pressure!!! The hosts were very responsive with all our questions! I would definitely recommend!

Was an excellent base to attend concert at Marvel Stadium, explore the city and easy access to the airport. Thank you!
