Newly remodeled with a kitchen and private patio. Basement has low 7 foot ceilings.

The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
