The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

Be in beautiful surroundings, breath in our fresh air and come back every day to your own modern yet country-feeling independent cottage. Private entrance into a decked area at the front, with covered hot tub and seating area. Large bedroom, fully tiled bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Quiet hours 10pm-8am. Hot tub can be used any time.

La'l Riggs is a former outbuilding we converted in 2025. Surrounded by fields and fells, it's an ideal base for exploring the many beautiful locations within easy reach, including the North Pennines National Landscape, the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. The Eden Valley is primarily walking country, and there's an excellent choice of routes in the area. The village is a 15 minute walk away, and has a bar/restaurant, two cafes and a chippy, as well as a shop for everyday groceries.
