Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. The Studio is in our unique self- build home which we designed to be future proof and environmentally friendly. Located in the beautiful village of Church Fenton, North Yorkshire. The village has a wonderful community shop, pub, gastropub and a restaurant. Walks through the surrounding countryside crisscross throughout the village and its just a short 18 min walk to the train station where trains run to York (11 mins) and Leeds (15 mins). With open views to the front and rear of the property.
