No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

The Tiny Chestnut is located in the middle of Salt Lake valley in a quiet neighborhood. It sits beneath the chestnut tree in the backyard behind the main house. As a brand new build, the house is clean, modern, and fully furnished to help your stay be more comfortable. This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Welcome to this pet-friendly, centrally located 2 bed/2 bath home! Relax and wind down with the twinkling lights in the large backyard. This home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping but still in a quiet and quaint location. 5 minutes West of I-15, 35 mins to the ski resorts, 25 mins to SLC Airport, 20 mins to downtown, and 15 mins to Lehi! *We welcome Small Dog (sub35lb) $25/night.
