You’ll get “all the feels” of rustic elegance as the log walls and wood floors glow from the sun streaming through the skylights and windows. Comfortable couches, soft throw blankets, healthy plants, and the coffee corner are just a few of the touches that will make you feel welcomed. Relax in the serenity that is off the tourist’s beaten path but enjoy the convenience of being close to the Lancaster attractions.

It is minutes away from Shady Maple Market (one of the largest in Lancaster) 9 miles from Kitchen Kettle Village and Lapp Valley Farms. It is 17 miles away from all the Lancaster Outlets and the spectacular shows at Sight and Sound Theatre and American Music Theatre. We are 1 hour away from Hershey Park Chocolate World and 28 miles from the elaborate Longwood Gardens.

Cozy & private, this suite provides everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, king-sized bed, a pullout couch to sleep a total of 4. The full bath features a tub/shower combo. The private backyard offers a BBQ grill. Just minutes from grocery stores, the suite is under an hour from Philadelphia and within 40 minutes of Longwood Gardens, King of Prussia Mall, Amish attractions, and Lancaster. Please note, there is no TV.

We can't wait to welcome you into our Cozy Log Cabin! Nestled next to a trickling creek this is the perfect place for a little romantic getaway, fun trip with the kids, or a girls/friends trip. Settle in next to the fireplace with a good book or relax around an outdoor fire with a glass of wine at the end of the day and listen to the peaceful sound of the creek. With 2 BR/2 baths this is perfect for small groups and is very centrally located to all of the nearby Lancaster County attractions.

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Welsh Mountain Cottage in Lancaster County

The Welsh Mountain Cottage is located in Lancaster County on seven acres of wooded land. Amish neighborhood uniquely remote and peaceful. 8 minute drive to the famous Shady Maple Smorgasbord Restaurant. 15 minutes to the popular town of Intercourse with its many tourist shops. Back deck is a very private setting with charcoal grill. The cottage is a quiet setting with the exception of gun shots that can be heard from a shooting range that is approximately 1/2 mile from the cottage.
