Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Normalmente io vivo in questa casa a cui sono particolarmente affezionata qui è possibile vivere ed apprezzare i paesaggi , la tradizione e la quiete tipiche dell’Alto Adige. Spero che anche l’ospite possa apprezzare e percepire le mie stesse sensazioni ed emozioni. La casa è luminosa ed accogliente con zona soggiorno-pranzo da cui si accede al balcone affacciato su valli e vette dolomitiche, una camera da letto, un bagno . Per ospiti superiori a 4 persone viene messa a disposizione la mansarda.

Questa graziosa mansarda si trova al secondo piano (no ascensore) di un edificio a 150 metri dagli impianti di risalita del famoso comprensorio sciistico di Plan de Corones e nelle vicinanze di un 'ampia area boschiva con diversi sentieri per poter godere di piacevoli passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta immersi nell'incantevole natura circostante. Il centro di Valdaora dista circa tre minuti in macchina, nelle vicinanze si trovano il Lago di Anterselva, il Lago di Braies e le Tre Cime.

Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
