Our family had an incredible time at Christie’s “mountain house” (as our kids called it). The short walk to the river was priceless and we enjoyed the fire pit every night. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway!

This house was spectacular. Seth was great about getting back to me with any questions. We all found the property to be peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen had a lot of spices that were helpful, but be sure to bring along food storage items of your own. Every room had beautiful earthy details and the charm was endless. The amenities were incredible and the back yard view was perfect. Will absolutely be back for another stay!

Absolutely perfect stay during a meaningful and emotional time. We came to this beautiful lakefront Airbnb to celebrate my husband’s birthday after his passing, hoping for peace and comfort—and it was everything we needed. The weather happened to be beautiful, which allowed us to take out the kayaks and fully enjoy the calm and serenity of the lake. The sunsets and sunrises were absolutely phenomenal—quiet, breathtaking moments that brought so much peace. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and incredibly well stocked with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to extra linens and thoughtful touches throughout. You can tell it’s a family-owned home, filled with warmth and very well taken care of, which made it feel even more special. It was also very family-friendly, making it a perfect fit for all of us and plenty for all to do. We truly appreciated how kind, helpful, and responsive the host was throughout our stay. We’re grateful and hope to return .

Incredible home! We spent the weekend here with our dog. The large fenced yard was amazing for her. The house is tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The view is wonderful. The town is less than a 5-min drive, with wonderful cafes, restaurants, a grocery store and some cool shops. Great place all around and a good size for a larger family or small group of friends too. Thanks for a great weekend!

The flexibility for Ck in & Ck Out is hard to find. Lots of Clean Space in the house, Very Friendly and helpful People. Would definitely recommend and come back .👍👍

Our stay at Marcel’s was amazing. Everything looked exactly as posted and described. Marcel sent very thorough information and instructions for use of everything. The beds were truly the most comfortable beds ever! We had the best sleep. There was so many items in the kitchen to use and condiments in fridge etc. The wood burning stove was the perfect part to the weekend. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked beautiful. We did notice mice droppings around the house, mostly in the kitchen but we were made aware of that prior. We just made sure to keep all food away- no issue there! Our two dogs enjoyed the stay as well.

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

We had a wonderful stay at Kristin’s place! Every detail of the house was beautiful, from the cookware down to the speakers thoughtfully placed throughout the house. If you’re looking for a quick escape from city life, this is the place for you. Kristin even went out of her way to leave us a note celebrating our five year anniversary. Five stars. We will be back!

Alice’s place is great! I booked it for my sister who was visiting and she loves staying there and how tranquil it is. The place is great, the garden is beautiful, and the views of the lake are divine. Alice is so lovely and showed them around at check in and then left them to enjoy the place for their stay

Nichole’s place was a great stay in New Paltz. The location was perfect and she was super responsive when needed!

Wonderful place! Nice getaway if you want some peace and quiet. Fireplace is a nice touch too esp in the winter. Living room was spacious and a great place to gather with friends or family. Access to trails nearby as well. Loved the experience!

This is a delightful place! The location is peaceful, the decor gorgeous and the hosts easy to work with. I enjoyed my stay so much, feeling instantly right at home. And the fresh eggs that are right there in the frig (wow), well, I was happier to have them than I had anticipated! It's just minutes away from New Paltz.

Fantastic experience! Kelly was very clear with instructions, check-in was an absolute breeze. Upon arrival we found the space exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you could ever wish for. The bed was extremely comfortable and the views along the river did not disappoint. Also loved being able to have a campfire after a long day of hiking. Great place :)

Cute little basement unit! It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway in the area. Goshen is charming, and Louise was able to suggest several good restaurants within a 20-minute walk. I'd definitely come back here if I want to check out other stuff in the area (e.g., Legoland). One thing that might be useful to know: since it's a basement unit, you will hear all the water running into pipes from the house above. It's not overly loud, but it is noticeable; if you're a very light sleeper, earplugs might make for a more comfortable night.

The place was great and just as pictured/described. Joann gave great instructions and was very responsive. We were only there for a short stay for a race, but it looked like a great area I would’ve loved to explore if we had more time. The only thing I didn’t care for was the requirement for to wash and dry all towels before leaving. Since I already paid a hefty cleaning fee that seemed like a bit much. And the washer/dryer is small so this took a couple of loads to get done.

Perfect getaway! Easy to access local hotels at a great value! Highly recommend and will personally be back!
