Welcome to our beautiful retreat in the heart of Rural Sussex. This lovely self contained and fully equipped annexe is part of an 18th century barn conversion. Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.
Very peaceful studio apartment, en suite bathroom and cooking facilities. Private side entrance and outside decking, complete sun trap. It is also a stones throw away from beautiful shoreham beach. Ideal for avid kite surfers and beach lovers. 15 mins walk to the station and 10 mins to shoreham town. Great little spot, permanent weekly stays available at a reduced rate. Please call (phone number hidden by airbnb) for more information. Paddle boards also available to hire on request.
