The apartment is located in the hart of the medieval town of Motovun. The main square, city wall, bars, restaurants and shops are a couple of minutes walking distance. There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. The pool water is heated by a heat pump. You don't have to worry about bad weather, the water temperature is pleasant for swimming in winter as well as the air around the pool.
