Modern apartment with all stuff you need for your holiday. Kitchen with all equipment you need to cook your meal. We spent there nice time with 3 small kids. Close to the beach (300m) which is suitable for kids. Opportunities for beach walks, promenade with bars and trips. Separate room with loundry machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer and space for beach stuff.

Wohnung sehr modern und ausgesprochen gut eingerichtet. Sehr viele und gute Haushaltsgeräte. Küche mit Mittelblock super. Eigener Eingang. Stellplatz für ein Auto. Altstadt zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten entlang des Wassers erreichbar. Gastgeberin tut alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Nichts am Aufenthalt auszusetzen.

Po dolasku dočekali su nas Marijini roditelji koji su beskrajno susretljivi i ugodni. Hvala im na domaćim smokvama :) Potpuno ugodan i čist apartman sa predivnim i urednim bazenom, vrtom i sadržajem za djecu. Svakako preporuke za odmor.

The apartment was perfect for our holiday. It was as Marina wrote, no stairs, which was important for us. Backyard was for our use. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. It was better than expected near the beach and small shop around the corner. Marina was very nice and helpful. Even helped with extra shopping request. We recommend this to our friends. Our holiday was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , apartment is beautiful, fantastic view. We had a lovely relaxing time enjoyed the balcony with great local wine. Only one suggestion an Iron / ironing board would be useful. With that fab view it means it is obviously hilly but you just take your time as your on holiday! Shortcut to Okrug main area up through rugged path not suitable for people with mobility issues or a pram takes about 25/30mins. Go this way to main supermarket Tommy but there is another small shop a walk of 20mins Plus Market Gadza from apartment within Rastica. Lots of restaurants in Okrug and further in Trogir. Get water taxi for €5. Local taxi company Sasa very helpful. So would highly recommend staying in Okrug in Tonkas beautiful apartment.

We loved staying in Maja’s apartment. The balcony and view are amazing, and very private. The apartment has all the luxuries you need: well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, 2 full bathroom and lovely bedrooms. Maja always responded within minutes to any questions we had. She also arranged the transfer from the airport for us, which was a huge plus. Thank you Maja for the lovely stay♥️

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Walk to town in only a couple of minutes. Nice outside space with patios and a pool.

Un emplacement de choix a 15 min de l'aéroport de Split. Mehdi ainsi que Goran ont toujours été de bon conseil pour nous faire profiter de la Croatie et des alentours. Une voiture reste necessaire si vous souhaitez bouger un minimum. Je recommande vivement cette appartement amenagé avec gout et de tres bon standing

Geweldige tijd gehad hier met een grote groep. Alles is top! Tuin is heel mooi en heeft veel plekken om je terug te trekken en te relaxen en zelfs biljart te spelen. Mooi zwembad en fijne barbecue gedeelte. Rustige buurt en Šibenik is binnen 10 minuten te bereiken. Het hele huis is voorzien van airco, behalve het kleine blauwe kamertje, maar met de deur open was het ok te doen. Al met al, een aanrader!

We had the best stay here at this beautiful property - everything was immaculate from start to finish, seriously cannot thank these lovely hosts enough! They had thought of everything to ensure we had all we could possibly need. The property is perfect in every way, location to the town of Tisno & the garden for anyone planning to attend any of the festivals hosted at the Garden resort, the cleanliness, the set up & of course THE VIEW - if you’re thinking of staying here, this is your sign to absolutely do it! Thanks again, we would love to return next year!

Adi was the friendliest host on our road trip. He was friendly and welcoming. We had a very nice conversation! The flat was flawless, amazing view, neatly clean and overall amazing. We only stayed for two nights but I would’ve loved to stay longer! Absolutly recommendable :) Thank you for being a kind host Adi!

Het beste verblijf waar ik ooit ben geweest, prachtig uitzicht, prive geen storende buren of andersom, heerlijk zwembad pooltafel, het huis bijna te goed omdat je er niet weg wilde zo lekker. Verder niet in de beschrijving aangegeven maar geweldig vriendelijke ezel die van appeltjes houdt en heerlijk geaaid wil worden. Mago (de ezel) zijn we helemaal bevriend mee geworden en elke keer als we weg gingen bij het huis kwam hij ons gedag zeggen. Enige min puntje is de laatse 300 meter is onverharde weg maar dat maakt helemaal niks uit nadat je op zo’n prachtige plek terug komt. Ik kom volgend jaar weer!!

**Wundervoller Aufenthalt - Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!** Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage war ideal, ruhig und dennoch in der Nähe aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und boten alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber – sie waren stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und alle Absprachen wurden zuverlässig Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen

Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor, von erster Minute an kommt man schnell vom Alltagsstress runter. Der Pool ist super und grösser als erwartet. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, in der Nähe sind nur wenige Nachbarn, trotzdem hat man seine Privatsphäre und es ist unglaublich ruhig! Die Schlafbereiche sind nur über eine Aussentreppe zu erreichen, sind neu eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes modernes Badezimmer. Der Ort an sich ist klein, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Strände sind zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Berg ist gut zu bewältigen(selbst mit einem Kinderwagen), wenn man eh nichts macht und sich kaum bewegt, war es eine gute Abwechslung ;) Die Bucht ist wunderschön und die Strände sehr ruhig (Ende August), genau richtig, wenn man die Natur und die Ruhe geniessen möchte. Es gibt Restaurants und den Supermarkt, einen Obststand, Bäcker. Die Eisdiele direkt am Strand empfehlenswert. klare Empfehlung von uns!!! Super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümern, weiter so!

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum 🤩 Für zwei Pärchen das perfekte Haus. Super Meerblick, kurzer Weg zum Meer (ca. 70 Meter) sowie zwei Badebuchten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. 10 min Fussweg zur Stadt erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die aussergewöhnliche Architektur des Hauses. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir danken Dino für zwei unvergessliche Wochen.

Eine unglaublich wunderschöne Unterkunft, hat alles was man braucht im Haushalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Kann es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Lg Rahela

Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek, wszystko jest pod ręka. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament czysty, nowo urządzony. Pani Magda zawsze odpowiadała na pytania.

Boravio sam kod Tome i njegovog sina Marka, koji su učinili sve da naš boravak bude izvanredan. Iako smo stigli brodom bez najave, a Marko je očekivao dolazak autom, brzo se prilagodio i osigurao nam mjesto za brod u luci Tribunj. S terase na trećem katu imali smo pogled na brod, što je dodatno upotpunilo naše iskustvo. Pogled na more bio je očaravajući, s prekrasnim prizorom na luku i otoke. Kuća se nalazi na idealnoj, mirnoj lokaciji, blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja, i bila je besprijekorno čista, što je povećalo osjećaj udobnosti. Siguran sam da ću se svake godine vraćati u Tribunj, a Riva House Tribunj će uvijek biti moj prvi izbor. Preporučujem je svima koji žele posjetiti Dalmaciju i Tribunj.

My family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. This was an excellent location with parking and 10 min walk to old town. I have 3 kids (12, 10, 7) and they slept nicely with 1 on the couch which was a large size. Apartment was clean, had many amenities (coffee, tea, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, bathroom toiletries) towels for everyone. Washing machine with dryer was helpful! Ana was very helpful and responsive. We felt safe. 2 minute drive to grocery stores, park, soccer/basketball which we went to daily! Thank you for a great stay!

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Anamarija avec nos deux filles de 12 ans et 16 ans. Cette location vous laissera de bons souvenirs de votre séjour . La vue extérieure sur la mer est exceptionnelle. La piscine est située face à la mer. Des draps de bain étaient installés sur chaque transat à notre arrivée. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée de maison. Les hôtes habitent à l'étage de la maison mais Anamarija et sa famille sont très discrets. L'endroit est très calme. Les literies sont de bonne qualité. Pour les enfants il y a des jeux extérieurs mis à disposition. L'intérieur est un peu rustique mais vous profiterez surtout du cadre extérieur. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cet endroit.Sandrine

Vi har haft 5 skønne dage i huset, som virkelig har alt hvad man skal bruge. Ejeren var så sød at køre os ud og handle da vi ankom sent. Området er meget stille med en skøn udsigt til havet, som ligger et par trin ned. Der er både stole, madrasser og padelboard man må låne og bruge. Man kan hurtigt tag en taxa til Trogir, hvor der er lidt mere liv - det koster ca 20€ for en stor bil derind.

Das Apartment verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, ein extra WC und eine Wohnküche. Sehr schön ist der große Pool, der jeden Tag von Sandras Mann gereinigt wird. Zweifelsfrei das Highlight des Apartments. Check in war kurz und schmerzlos, WiFi funktioniert gut. Wenn man etwas braucht sind Sandra und ihr Mann immer zur Stelle, auch bekamen wir viele gute Tipps von ihnen für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Leider ist das Haus etwas weit entfernt von der Stadt, der Standort wird vor der Buchung falsch angezeigt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
