Boddington Mill is a stunning countryside retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds, steeped in history and rural charm. The building retains industrial mill parts which intersect multiple levels for a unique and generous living space. Its south-facing garden includes outside dining, wood-fired hot tub, and large lawn, home to wildlife and fruit-bearing trees. It boasts oak beams, ingle nook fireplace with wood burner and a large airy cruck beamed bedroom with stunning far reaching views east over Herefordshire countryside. Enjoy the morning sun over breakfast, near the open door and listen to the birds.

Situated in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, close to the Wales border, Adam's Stable is a recently refurbished space, connected to Meadow Barn. The space provides a king size bed, 2 day chairs, microwave and brand new shower room. Breakfast for the first day is provided. With private parking and its own entrance, you can be sure of a wonderfully relaxed and peaceful stay. This area is a paradise for walkers, with many walks very close by, and a local pub only 1.5 miles down the road.

We supply outside furniture and sole use of our external hot tub, please note it’s available for use all year around, a disclaimer to be signed prior to use.

New Listing for 2020. The Parlour is a stone built 19th converted milking parlour on the site of a 150 acre working sheep farm, on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Grosmont in Monmouthshire. The village is where you will find the local pub, village shop and the ruined Norman castle. Monmouth and Ross-On-Wye are both 10 miles away, Abergavenny and Hereford are 14 miles away. Its Rural location make it great for walkers as we are close to the Three Castle's Walk.

Take a glass of wine or BBQ down to the river in the early evening and be sure to see the kingfisher flying down the river and trout jumping. Walkers can join the riverside Swan walk, which runs through the Ruthlin grounds and woods and fishing can be arranged on request.
